Supplying Cortizo, Schuco, Smart Systems and Origin products we can provide fast deliveries with products to suit a client’s needs. Covering 90% of the UK we can supply, install and service all products. Check our website for full details. We have enjoyed many years of service from our large conservatory which was supplied and installed by Phil and his merry crew. It looks as good now as it did when it was installed over a decade ago. We are extremely happy with the result.

Awful company
Awful company. No customer service. No interest in meeting the delivery date. No care or consideration after they have your deposit.
After quoting a 4-5 week timeframe for installation (yes, we changed the order so I am counting from the second order) they have suddenly delayed this by nearly 3 weeks, for no good reason, leaving us with the back of the house wide open with a 3 month old baby.
No communication of the delay until we phoned and even then they didn’t even seem to be trying to meet the deadline. No concern about the impact the delay would have on us.
The 4-5 week timeline is in our contract and all over their website but clearly it is just a lie. Wished we’d used a local company. They might have been more expensive but at least we would have our doors.
Would like to cancel our contract and find another supplier who can deliver in time but they won’t let us do that either so we have to live in a cold, open house with a 3 month old baby. Disgraceful

May I apologise you have not received the customer service you were expecting.
However our surveyor and installation manager have spent many hours on the telephone with your husband Imran. I can assure you we do care about your order and your installation date. Your kitchen bifold door and window are being installed on Friday within the guideline installation period.
There is as you know an issue with your integral blinds which has caused a two week delay on your other doors. We have these doors ready for installation simply waiting for the integral blinds. Your husband asked if we could install the outer frames of your these doors so he could continue with his programmed underfloor heating installation next week. We have agreed to install these frames on Friday.
This concrete floor is a key part to the progress of your building and will need time to dry before you can cover it with any type of flooring.
I look forward to completing your installation asap.

Good old fashioned service
Since we bought our doors from this company in November 2014 we have been genuinely impressed with the after sales service we have received. Bi-folds are complex, hi-tech pieces of kit and I fully expected that at some point adjustments would be necessary. They were, to doors which had dropped slightly over time and the internal blinds where the cords had tightened. On every occasion a single call to the company produced a technician at the door within days who carried out the job cheerfully and efficiently. In this day and age it is refreshing to deal with a company that gives such a high level of service as the norm. Thanks to all

I can highly recommend bi folding door factory. From the sales to fitting and after sale service was excellent. I have got floor to ceiling bifolding doors fitted for two rooms and a single door. Have been very happy since day one.

Our records show that you have requested several service calls on different days.
We have always attended to your requests.
I apologise if they were not done as quickly as you expected.
The installers are trained to remove all protection tape and take photos of the installation prior to demonstrating the product to our clients. These photos of your two sets of bifold doors show a very sharp good installation.
Tom, you were at home and had the doors demonstrated to you and we have your signed installation report stating the doors were in good order and no further work was required.
I trust the doors are working properly as we don't have any outstanding issues flagged on your account.

Very satisfied with doors and installation.
Very helpful and the installation team were obviously very experienced. The doors were installed quickly and have been trouble free ever since. Even our builders were impressed!

Love the doors, but disgraceful lock
Love the doors, but a shame they fitted a £5 lock thereby allowing burglars entry in around 15 seconds! Police and insurance company horrified that the company cut costs to this extent on otherwise high quality doors.

It is most unfortunate that a burglar paid a visit to your home.
I was surprised that they gained entry through the Bifold Door. All components used including locks and screws are provided by Schuco who test for security and insulation.
Most burglars know that Bifold Doors are not an easy entry and usually opt for other entry points.
I apologise it is most upsetting to have some unwanted person in your home.
