My order was not shipped for approximately 2 years (pre-orders). They modified my orders to their liking, they lied when claiming the shipment of my last order with them, it NEVER arrived in my country, I asked them for proof of shipment, they refused to show any type of proof, the Spanish customs, the post office and the ministry of taxes Spanish, they NEVER had proof of the entry of that package into Spain, Bigapplecollectibles asked me for an extra $114.17 to send me the package and only a 3-day to decide if I wanted to carry out this action, or they would put it back to the sale of all my paid material, (my stuff), which of course I refused, they NEVER sent my order, they stopped answering my emails. No refund was made and no voucher valid in their store. THIEVES!

Didn’t ship for almost 2 years. Then suddenly received a “refund confirmation” for Shop. No refund was ever actually processed. CROOKS!

ordered on Jun 2021, still haven't shipped any pops. refund will take a lot of fees, and no response on the email. luckily I didn't buy anything after this.

Do not buy from this merchant. They are the last to get all pops. I have seen the same pops in local retailers while my order status still have my pops months out with Big Apple. Even when they do receive your order, they will take forever to send it out. I’m currently waiting on an order that’s been ready to ship since the 3rd week of November. Another order was ready to ship in January and it’s still sitting in their warehouse. I’ve emailed them 5-7 times and they’re customer service is horrible. All they do is tell you to be patient and cite holiday shipping delays despite that fact that it’s now March. I have disputed 3 of their orders with my credit card company. They also sent me damaged merchandise and claimed no responsibility when I emailed them. Took 3 weeks to get back to me. I’m so sorry that I ordered hundreds of dollars worth of pre-orders with them. Will never do business with them again. Would give them a lower rating if I could.
