Having had a disastrous experience with my last order which took weeks to arrive but was explained due to a warehouse move (would’ve been good to know beforehand). I decided to give them another go having received apologies and this time it was totally the opposite. Superfast large delivery so very happy. Great prices so will use again next time. Update: Order has arrived, everything is there and in perfect condition. Problem seems to be with customer communication. Apparently there was an issue on the delivery company side (DHL). However, I noticed that the order came from the Netherlands despite ordering from a UK website which is likely the root cause of the delay. There was no mention of the order being shipped from outside of the UK if I knew this was the case I would have been more understanding of the long delivery time. Updated the rating to 4*

Op 20/8 een bestelling geplaatst. Tot nu toe staat deze nog steeds op "klaar voor verzending" ondanks dat er in hun mail staat dat er binnen de 1-3 werkdagen wordt verzonden. Meerdere mails gestuurd maar nog steeds op antwoord aan het wachten...

I love Big Green Smile, they've an amazing range of eco friendly products, its easy and straightforward to order and its a speedy delivery, I've been using them for years and only once my order never arrived, I contacted them and had my products within the week... brilliant!

The order went smoothly. However, I was not impressed with the DHL delivery as I was out and the parcel was left dumped on the pavement. It was a miracle it was still there when I got back.

I've used this company for years and my experience was OK until recently where orders have been slow to be despatched. My last order still had not been despatched 14 days after the order date and my emails enquiring about order progress had not been answered after 3 working days. Poor customer service, I'll be going elsewhere next time.
