The products are always of a great quality and excellent value. The order was delivered really quickly from the orders date and correspondence with the company happened throughout. I have ordered through Big Green Smile a few times now and I have always received a fantastic service. DHL were the delivery company and although my order wasn't delivered on the first delivery day, they too contacted me and delivered the following day. The lady delivery driver was really kind and I was amazed by her ability to deliver my heavy, 18kg parcel up all of the steps to my property. Overall I am very pleased with the service all-round.

I have ordered from Big Green Smile previously and there has not been any problems. I placed the order on 16 August 2026. Received email with tracking number for the courier DHL but the website does not update with any progress just "in transit". I have tried to contact DHL who don't recognise the tracking number, tried to contact Big Green Smile but again no response. Its so frustrating when a business has no customer service.
Since raising my concerns to the business, Big Green Smile have been in contact with me and explained the issues that they are experiencing with their courier DHL. They are working hard with DHL trying to gain updates for the delivery which is very much appreciated and keeping me updated because this must be very frustrating for them as a business too.

Only half of my order arrived weeks after the order was placed. Still waiting on refund for other products. Had a few polite emails but I feel they are just dragging out refunding me. Slightly concerned after reading so many other similar reviews.

Have still not received my order which I put through on the 16th of July. Been communicating back and forth with customer service. I am not sure what jas happened but apparently problems with DHL? Very disappointed and will not be ordering from this company again, they said they would resend my items but I will be going away on holiday in a few days so I needed to colour my hair before my travels and as I have allergy problems I cannot use any other hair colouring/ dye! I am very anxious and rather angry as I have no time to order on another website now! They have ruined the start of my holiday as I do not know what to do to cover my greys before I travel....I am awaiting to hear from them but I am far from happy and that is an understatement!
