Excellent ordering and delivery process, only time will tell if I am satisfied with the charcoal once I open the bag.

Simple order process with plenty of options both in type and volume. Really quick delivery. Quality is one of the best I have used, Big K is my go to without question!!

This is definitely one of the best charcoals. I am only a domestic user and suits me fine. Also a prompt delivery and a fair price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Big K charcoal. 😁

Excellent service and product from Big K. Fast and efficient delivery. Repeat purchase from this company. Highly recommended.

I had an issue paying for my order. Admin people were really helpful.
Product is always 100% and this time benefited from free delivery
Never use anything else other than Big K charcoal

(Repeat) ordering on the website is easy and the courier they work with is great (APC). When I’ve ordered through the Bezos shop the couriers sling it around too much resulting in break up.
Product is consistently high quality producing intense and long lasting burn. High quality and will continue to buy from them.

The hubby is very pleased with the charcoal received from big K.And as a result he has just smoked a large brisket. Yummy way to go big K products. Will be purchasing more.

I had been using the small bags of BBQ coals where you just light the bag for some time, last year I was hosting a BBQ for friends, and the only charcoal I could get hold of locally was some Big K chilla-grilla in a 12kg bag... at first it seemed expensive, but as soon as I started using it, I knew I had found a far superior fuel source for my outdoor cooking experiences. whilst the time to be cooking ready is slightly longer, there is less smell and smoke, the heat is so intense and actual cooking time is greatly extended too, so i don't have to try and rush to get everything cooked. I'm now on my 5th delivery - I order direct from Big K, pricing is good, member discounts come round often, and delivery is swift too! my overall BBQ experience is enhanced by having the best heat source. I'm happy, and my friends who join me for my BBQs are also happy

Good communications and prompt delivery. Big K offer an excellent product: their restaurant grade charcoal is a game changer for backyard BBQs. Recommended.

Good quality and delivery but beware of offers. Ordered 7@15K boxes Flama Restaurant Charcoal approx. total £210. Two offers on the day, 5% with membership and 10% with promo code. Joined but no membership email at the time so no 5% discount. Ordered but nowhere to insert promo code, Got to payment page and paid. NO DISCOUNT, no 5% and no 10%. Feel cheated of £21

I have always used Big K Restaurant Grade Charcoal and will continue to do so as it is excellent for barbecuing.
I receive an excellent product delivered promptly by a courteous driver.

This company and their products are my only go to place for products and service. Their products are all FSC compliant and their sustainability covers partners and suppliers.

The 12kg Chilla-Grilla Restaurant Grade Lumpwood Charcoal is my ultimate product. Lasts longer over a prolonged duration and will even relight if needed the day after.

Excellent service from the company the instant light charcoal bags are the best on the market

Cant say anything negative, clear communication, delivery was great and continuous communication about when it would be delivered. Not opened the bags but I can feel nice bits lumps and little noise from shaking the bags indicating minimal little bits and dust.

I have used this company for years. I have tried several of their products. The binchotan, the briquettes, the restaurant grade charcoal the woodies. They have a product for everything bbq wise. I cannot fault the quality and performance of their products. The website is easy to use and items are delivered quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve had products from Big K previously. Therefore, when I ordered the instant light bags, I knew I was getting high quality charcoal at great value, all delivered very quickly.

Excellent product, free delivery if spending over £40, great value .

Great charcoal and fast delivery. I use the Dura/ACH 15 (quebracho) charcoal on my Weber BBQ. It’s the best charcoal with a good burn time, no smoke, and good temperature.
I can’t give 5 stars as every one of the 15kg bags that I’ve purchased has had 1 to 2 kilos of dust in the bottom I.e. it’s not a one-off. I feel like I’m being short changed.

Returning customer fantastic BBQ online shop great prices & speedy delivery, certainly buy from these guys again.

Since finding thproper binchotan on Big K, I've been nowhere else. The quality is second to none that I've found so far. This burns hotter and much longer than the other binchotan I've bought from elsewhere. Thanks very much!
