DO NOT use this company, as they are not based in the UK. Order arrived quality was terrible, material looked like it was ordered for a child’s nativity play. Demanded a full refund was offered between 10% & 30% and they would let me keep the goods, don’t thing so…as you could see through the material and the quality was terrible obviously mass produced in a Far Eastern country. Also be aware returns are at a high customer return cost as you’re expected to return items to overseas.
So the bottom line is spent £90 for two items which are rubbish and can’t return and gain 100% refund. Totally out of pocket and not happy.

This company is a scam operation selling rubbish

They have no relationship with London whatsoever. Their products are shabby and nothing like the photos you see. As others have said they are a Chinese company selling rubbish

If you try and cancel your order you cant. What is more they will deliberately stop you return the items and use a graduated series of emails to try and 'buy you off' but offering to refund a fraction of the cost of the item

As others have said they offer a tiny amount as a refund. They also say you have to return the item to China and quote fees of 50$ as postage to deter you from returning the items. The returns policy is utter rubbish

I ordered goods from this website what a nightmare there website is a total misrepresentation I have tried to cancel with no luck
It is now day fifteen days goods still have not arrived
It is not London based but goods made in china
I am not sure how trading standards haven't closed them down

I ordered a dress thinking it was from Marks and Spencer. It was early in the morning and I must have misread the company's name. After I realised my mistake I checked the reviews on Trustpilot and was appalled. I have now received the dress, and yes, the material is fairly cheap, although I am a size 10, it is tight around the chest. Surprisingly there is a zip on the side but it is well concealed when zipped up. However, the dress is wearable so not too disappointed.

If I could score zero I would. This company is a total scam. Report themselves as a family London company but are in Asia.
Bought 2 pairs of shoes that took weeks to arrive and do not resemble those on the website. Poor quality materials. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

The clothes takes ages to arrive and are NOTHING like the pictures on the website, the dress was actually a joke..totally unwearable - it was a scam.
Contacted them and if you want a refund you have to pay to send the garment tracked to china.

Well I am absolutely gobsmacked. After reading all the terrible reviews and getting frustrated that the ‘click here’ tracking link went to a website that didn’t exist I was kind of resigned to losing my money. I was amazed to come home today to find that the items had been delivered, were as expected and in mint condition. I am not entirely convinced the shoes are real leather (what really can you expect for £44) and I think there is a possible issue for fraud or misrepresentation because it is 100% not an English company but yet another Chinese one. Anyway, let’s see how they last.

The quality of the products is very poor. The company pretends to be based in London and to offer ‘easy’ turns. Neither is true. The company is US based and returns with a refund is not possible.

I will never purchase from them again and intend to complain about this company to whatever authorities I can find. Not worth 1 star.

Crap ,crap,crap,the biggest load of crap I have ever seen ,, i disputed this with my bank immediately after certain turns of events,and thankfully got my money, back???? From whom i am not sure,if it was nat west they haven't said,!but for gods sake stop even thinking about it,these shorts were supposed to be size 40,in waist doesn't even come close to a school kids size?? Going g straight in the bin where they belong and the material stinks to high heaven they get an infinity minus zero out of zero

Avoid at all costs do not order from this company. Material quality is appalling.

Since my initial review, the email address of (not allowed by TrustPilot) is bouncing but they have a new one on the website which TrustPilot won’t allow me to print.
I have made many attempts to get refund, they offered 45% and then emails bounced. Tried to get a charge back on my Mastercard but they said that misrepresentation and inferior quality goods does not constitute a reason for charge back. Maybe if all of us who have been scammed got together the media might be interested in investigating? You can find the new email address on the Contact Us option on their home page.

There are two more TrustPilot pages of reviews, one Wilsoncarter London has over 300 negative reviews, the other has a further 62 however Wilson Carter have closed that one. So more than 450 of us who have posted on TrustPilot have been scammed. There must be some action that can be taken?

THEY OFFER LOTS OF VERY LOW PERCENTAGE REFUNDS EG..15/20% of £125, IN EXCHANGE FOR NOT RETURNING THE BAD QUALITY, DAMAGED GOODS. THEY NOW SAY I CAN RETURN AT MY OWN COST OF £40-50 SHIPPING FEE! THRY ARE A USA BASED COMPANY NOT UK AS THEIR NAME SUGGESTS.

Long delivery time. Product not as seen in advert. Cheap, terrible material, ill fitting, patterns not matched in side seams, threads from sewing unfinished and visible. Brand name suggests a traditional, „posh” product but is far from the truth. Can’t have any repeat customers. One can only be cheated once.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Advertising as legitimate business but actually selling cheap quality products from china. Advertising as a dress then comes with a split right down the middle so totally unsuitable for wearing at all.

WHEN IT ARRIVED, IT CLEARLY IS NOT A ZARA DRESS.
THE FABRIC IS ALL BUT SEE THROUGH AND THE WORST QUALITY THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN!!
I REQUESTED A REFUND AND INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO RETURN THE GARMENT, I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING COSTS OF BETWEEN 30 AND 50 DOLLARS, HOWEVER, I COULD GET A 10% REFUND AND KEEP THE DRESS.
I DECLINED THIS OFFER AND YET AGAIN REQUESTED A FULL REFUND, I WAS THEN OFFERED A 20% REFUND AND KEEP THE DRESS.
I HAVE YET AGAIN REQUESTED A FULL REFUND AS THEY HAVE CONTRAVENED ADVERTISING STANDARDS AND I AM ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND AND I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY EXORBITANT SHIPPING COSTS, WHICH LEAD ME TO BELIEVE THAT IT WILL BE SHIPPED TO TIMBUKTU.
THEY HAVE NOW BLOCKED MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND REFUSE TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME.

Very Poor quality clothes ( all poliester ) ; doesn’t matches the description on the website. Very very difficult return and really expensive.

As others have said, the dress I ordered was nylon, not cotton, poorly made and took weeks to arrive.
