EVRI - as usual, but hopefully my purchase will arrive before too long! If I was a seller, I wouldn't risk damaging my reputation with this notoriously useless delivery service. It would be better to charge your customers an extra couple of pounds for delivery. I don't think most customers would object if it spared them the hassle and frustration EVRI creates almost every time in my experience. May be, provide your customers with the option?

We completely understand your frustration regarding courier services and appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.
However, we can see that no contact has been made with us directly regarding a delay with this order, so unfortunately we haven’t yet had the opportunity to investigate or help resolve the issue for you.
We do actually use multiple courier companies, and EVRI is generally only used for smaller items. While we understand some customers have had poor experiences with certain couriers, we also receive complaints across all delivery providers, which can make it difficult to determine a perfect option for everyone.

Better price than Amazon
I bought a product from Big on Electricals from Amazon. I was struggling to install it as the product differed from the instructions. As it was an Amazon Big on Electrical's would not offer advice, neither would Amazon so I returned it.
I then repurchased the item direct from Big on Electicals but it had the same apparent fault.
This time Big on Electricals were happy to offer advice, but not technical advice. The provided though the manufactures number who the told me that the instructions were incorrect. And they informed me how to install the item correctly.
In summary great prices and delivery, direct from Big on Electricals was lower price than Amazon. But they are sales only, so dont expect technical advice if you have a faulty product.
