Liked the suit so much I bought another one when needing to replace it

I placed an order and it never came, I have emailed them and contacted them numerous times. They are thieves, take peoples money and don’t send items out!!!!!!!! NEVER BUY FEOM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!!! Disgusting service and criminal

High quality products at really good prices and free delivery. Very happy.

Slow, no customer service, never responded to my email, finally got my order over a week later. How can a business be run like this in this day and age?!

Never again! Wish I had seen these reviews before placing an order. They’ve had my return nearly 4 weeks and no refund. Can’t communicate with customer service. Going through PayPal to hopefully get a refund.

Poor service amd no regular updates when you email them takes ages to reply and awful service e all round
They don’t tell you it’s over seas amd when you unsubscribe you still get emails

Too many parcels, too slow delivery, complicated returns process, customer has to pay for being sent too many parcels - which is completely out of their control

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a bikini on the 7th of July, they took £75 out of my account, I heard nothing for a week, no notification to say it had been shipped or anything so I checked in, the £75 was then refunded because Monzo are amazing and they realised Billabong hadn't responded. On the 16th of July (10 days later) I get an email saying the item has been 'shipped' and they have taken the money from my account. Honestly the worst customer service and delivery service I have ever encountered. DO NOT buy from this brand!!!

The worst customer services I’ve experienced. Several issues, various attempts at contacting for over a month with no response what so ever. I managed to get hold of the US customer services who were unable to connect me to the European team. I’m beginning to think there isn’t one.
- My promo code didn’t go through at checkout when payment was taken after it initially being applied. It showed the discount, then took payment without it.
- one of my items were missing and still is.
- more that 6 emails over a month with zero response.
I will be raising my consumer rights shortly and contacting trading standards. This is NOT acceptable.
You cannot run a company like this in 2026.

Love the clothes but the worst customer service & sadly would never buy from them again because of this. Took them 6 weeks to process my return. They don't respond to customer service tickets so this caused me a lot of stress for a long time thinking I'd never get the money back (£200+!), but thankfully I did - coincidentally, after I raised a dispute with my bank. Though they tried to say they never received the return, luckily I had tracked postage provided by them to prove that they had. Be very careful ordering from them in the UK.

Billabong clothes are hard to find living in the inner city.
Having the Billabong website makes shopping so much easier. Especially with the discount offered to members.
My order arrived within a few days, one shirt wasn't the same as advertised on the website, no issue getting a returns label to send it back.

I placed my order over a month ago and still haven't even received a shipping tracking number, let alone the merchandise. Customer support is essentially non-existent. They haven't responded to my messages through their website contact form or by email. I'm now going through my credit card support to get a refund.
Stay away from their e-shop.

I have a couple of pairs of billabong swim shorts which have been excellent, good quality, bright colours, hard wearing and long lasting. I decided to update for an upcoming holiday and ordered shorts direct from billabong. Not only did they never arrive I had to contact my bank to achieve a refund following a completely hopeless string of emails. I bought some shorts from their competitors without issue and theyre great. I thought billabong was a good company, but they've lost a customer.

Order never arrived and then dead silence from the customer service team. I am still awaiting a refund!

Do not buy from this company! I bought a cap from billabong two months ago and it never arrived. I have still received no response from customer services about a refund or resending the item. Up until this point I have always had good delivery experiences with billabong but am really disappointed by this recent experience.

Delivery was far too slow.
