good pricing, ordered generator and oil which were dispatched quickly, generator received in good time even though i live in remote scottish location, still awaiting the oil though as sent on different tracking number, good quality looking machine (champion inverter type) although not tried out yet,
Bimson ordering seamless. suggest putting oil if ordered in the generator box if allowed it would save a lot of bother

Order process was nice and easy, given a delivery date for the Tuesday with FedEx. Contacted FedEx and Bimson on the Friday morning as no delivery, tried the customer services line and an automated message to send an email. Still no response from either. Disappointing that unable to set up and use our new generator

Very nice and very good delivery.
