I rejoined Binge through their come-back offer for new and existing members, then cancelled within the promotion period. I was still charged after the cancellation.
When I contacted support, I gave them my account details and the last four digits of my card. They told me the account doesn't exist, then asked me for a 23-digit number from my bank. I called my bank, and they confirmed that number doesn't exist. So I'm stuck: Binge says there's no account, yet they've taken my money, and I have no idea whether I'll keep being charged.
Charging a customer after they've cancelled, then denying the account exists, is unacceptable. I'd strongly recommend against signing up for this service. If you do, screenshot your cancellation confirmation and check your bank statements closely.
@Binge, please refund the charges and confirm in writing that nothing further will be taken.

I tried to get into my account and I was told to subscibe, I was already subscibed. I went to the help bot which was no help at all, I told the bot I wanted to (talk to a real person) which it did. Like the chatbot he was no help, so I just told them company was crap and cancel my account, which he did. Unfortunately they had only charged me a payment 2 days before so I just paid for a month I can't use. My opinion, stay well away from Binge.

Adds on adds on adds. Rewind watch adds fast forward watch adds. More adds then free to view streaming channels. Do not pay for this crap.

Signed up for a $1 kayo promotion, cancelled after the month. $19 was then taken out of my bank account because apparently I signed up for binge which I did not. 3 weeks of going back and forth I was told it couldn’t be refunded despite me not even logging into binge at all for that month.
Lucky you binge getting my $19 for a service I’m not even using.

They don't have the film they advertise! Misleading and fraudulent company. A scam company. Terrible content!

I accepted a promotion offer for $5 a month, when I tried to cancel it I thought I had until I was charged $19 the day before the “new” month - now actually cancelled they won’t refund my money.

Atrocious customer service (if you can call it service). Voucher code didn't work for signup and they were not interested in rectifying the matter. Just wanted access to my computer. Dodgy.

Should be zero stars. of all the streaming companies this is the worst of the worst. having bought an annual subscription their QR codes done't work come up with oh there is a problem try again later. later doesn't work either. their help page i tried alot of key words they all came up with we can't fine what you are looking for. it was totally useless. used Ai to find info it was all old outdated information so again nothing, tried to contact a human via chat and no one ever came onto the chat. will be cancelling and seeing I can't contact anyone there i will have to put it through to the ombudsman to get any action.

App wont auto play next episodes been going on for months have to keep going back in to watch next episode, lots of others have same problem

Trying for about 3 months to sign up to Binge under the #CBA offer. However Binge is refusing to recognise my phone number. Their support staff are the worst I have ever come across. All of them need to be sacked. They try & get off the chaT ASAP.

The site is a complete waste of time. Looking at the other reviews maybe just as well that I can’t sign up as it looks like many cannot terminate the offer once they sign up. STAY WELL AWAY from this sham of a company!

Like everybody else here troubles unsubscribing. Account was unable to be logged into via sms or password on both my phone & computer. Only a week after my subscription has renewed could I log on and after emailing them about the issue they “acknowledge my frustration” but are unable to refund me.

Resubsubscribed and suddenly my account is locked. Trying to get a refund and help is impossible so I'm done. Every time you tell them the problem they say sorry to hear this. Thank God I only wasted $5

Bunch of scammers. I made the mistake of subscribing for a couple of months, and I've been trying to cancel ever since.

I've logged into both Hubbl and Binge, but there's no clear way to cancel the subscription, remove my payment method, or even contact their support team. It genuinely feels like they've designed the whole process to make cancelling as difficult as possible.

Avoid if you value transparent billing and an easy cancellation process. Avoid anyways since these guys lost the trust of so many!

Advertising a series yet just a portion of it available. Being billed without consent. Now more ads and monthly price hiked, ended up liking the live channels but they’re pests about payment and cut you off, thirteen attempted charges in a month after cancellation I reported to bank and blocked them, no thank you binge off you go

Biggest scam- talk about gaslit!!! Don’t bother trying- they take your money and offer you a wild goose chase

Some companies go with the philosophy of the customer is always right. Binge just straight up ignores the customer. Had technical issues with the service, after an hour and a half on their buggy chat help - we just wanted to cut our losses and enjoy the rest of you Saturday night. All we wanted was a refund for a service we had my and couldn’t use. This was refused. Asked to speak to manager, also refused. Referee to the complaints department and told to wait up to 3 days for a resolution. They emailed back completely ignoring our request for refund - instead telling us they had reset out password again. How much time is reasonable to waiste with tech support before they will give a refund. Congratulations Binge you got my $5 but you won’t be getting a cent more from me.

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL.
No phone contact and they continue taking money even after i cancelled my card. When i opened a dispute they claimed they couldn't see my account but then miraculously knew the date of the last withdrawal from my account. LIARS AND SCAMMERS GFY

Appalling service and they kept billing me $19.95 a month even when I was in correspondence over complaints about being unable to easily unsubscribe! The Hubbi umbrella is deceptive and enables binge to dodge a simple process of unsubscribing! Everyone I know has the same issue! I ended up changing my CC out of desperation never to go back to binge!
