This place it is great for snacks and drinks but my sister said that a guard/security refused to let her buy a dr pepper and blocked her path to the fridge and claimed she wasn’t allowed to take/buy it we don’t know why

A small bag of Tootsie Rolls for $4.00/bag, when we all know it's not even worth $1.00. Utterly disgusting!

Dollarama CEO's are all greedy thieves ripping off Canadians, and taking complete advantage of the inflation that has plagued every low to mid-income family since 2022.
I am sick and tired of seeing these big box stores ripping us all off, while the people of this country struggle to keep a roof over their heads and food in their refrigerators.
Dollarama built its business around offering Canadians affordable products. Yet consumers are increasingly confronted with prices that seem completely disconnected from what these products are actually worth.
For people already struggling with the rising cost of living, seeing basic treats and seasonal products priced this way is infuriating.

Dollarama does not honour their own price stickers on products

The customer service line is the worst thing ever they might as well not have one. Everything refers you back to online and online told you to come inside the store horrible.

Les employés sont tres courtois et aidant. Ils connaissent leur marchandise.

Your workers never speak English to each other and yell while thry are talking to each other. I find this unprofessional and rude. This is the one on Kennedy south of eglington. It has to stop!!!!! They are in a place of business. Not home

Dollarama carries a lot of stuff I need. At a cheaper price. It saves my family money. There is also a lot of things other stores don't have. I love Dollarama even for my pets. Don't know what I'd do with out them 💜

I am very disappointed with a recent corporate change to customer service at Dollarama! 2 weeks ago I was able to phone a $D store and speak to a human. Today, no way can you call and speak to anyone!!! Very poor decision by Corporate!
Will definitely shop other places more so than these stores.

Mittagong NSW store. Bland and not a good shopping experience. Some of the employees that I used to be friendly with have gone. Used to spend hundreds of $$$$s on my Afterpay at the Reject Shop ( before it changed hands!) now no Afterpay so buy elsewhere for most items. Shopping carts are ridiculous and mean spirited . Tbh I don’t like shopping here and I’m only going to buy the things I really need. No extras. A very disappointing and awful change.Don’t think much of this souless place so don’t shop here anymore .😡😡😡😡

You must allow your staff persons to 1) roll their eyes at a customer, 2) tell a cusotmer that the staff person refuses to comment as they had nothing nice to say and 3) the customer started being rude and 4) so they were allowed to be rude

I went to dollarama to get a quick snack for myself with some gift cards, I was curious about the balance left on the gift cards and they told me that they couldn’t check it and I need to call, I called them and they flat out hung up on me! The fact that the only way to figure out how much is left on your gift card is to buy something is outrageous!!! Although the staff were quite nice and tried to help.

I were ordering 4 items with in mind to average the shipping cost per item. However, the 3 of 4 in-stock items became out of stock, I were not ask if I want to keep the one and only one item that was not an must bought item. My bill end up with 1 item of $3 with shipping charges of $7.99 plus service fee. That item cost me over 3 times as much as the regular shop price.

prices are affordable for small items I usually go there.
