BIOLIFE is a joke which is why I stopped donating. I waited in line for 90 min while everyone around me was just as fed up as I was.
Just A bunch of freaking Guinea pigs, I watched while several left.
So while each donation had once been worth between $140.00 to $120.00.
NOW you’ve reduced it to only $95.00!!!!!
Are you kidding me!!!!!!!
Yet your getting paid a fortune for our plasma, we the poor souls who endure the hell at your billion dollar clinic are worth the very least!!!!
Terrible Management This place seems to be run by children
This place seems to be run by children. They gather in a group and are loud and obnoxious. The worst one is a “lead technician “ according to his name tag. Do they honestly pay this man? He never seems to do any work. I see other employees work their tails off while this guy jokes around.
I was recently at the Lakeland
I was recently at the Lakeland, Fl Location and walked out.
It seems like they have preference when it comes ar the waiting to donate line.
I'm in the red B team... and I saw over 4 people going after me... and I got there before them...
It take over 1 hour to drive there and when I decided to call the manager regarding why I left the clinic.. she answers very unprofessional.. I asked who was her and she stated "a manager"
I asked her if that was her real name ??
When you work in a medical environment, you need to learn that patients comes first.
I WILL Rather driver 2 more hours for abnother facility before I go there.
BioLife presents risks and is dishonest in their practices
BioLife is, in my experience, an extremely unprofessional company staffed with consistently rude employees. Their ambivalence toward their task at hand and their donors borders on cynicism, not to mention their nefarious business practices. It appears they go to some length to deter certain donors from returning. On 3 consecutive appts I was first assigned to a phlebotomist that had never drawn blood, as I was her first donor, next I was informed that I had an air bubble in my tube that had to be corrected, and last my vein was blown, causing large, deep bruising and swelling beneath my skin accompanied by pain and tingling in my arm. My following appt. I was turned away after being informed that I had only one “good” vein from which to draw, and told to come back after my arm had healed. In addition, I have been turned away numerous times for various reasons including low iron levels, lost or misplaced bloodwork, and finally insufficient veins from which to draw. At sixty years old, I have never experienced even one of these problems from a lab or other health facility in my life, and my blood is drawn several times annually for routine diagnostics. I will never return to any BioLife center, and I highly suggest that anyone who is contemplating becoming a plasma donor with them to reconsider.
Racist
The in take staff , at the front desk , in Lakeland was disgustingly rude , racist I won't be back,!!!
Brandy was great
I’ve been donating at BioLife in Oklahoma City on Northwest Expressway for a while, but today I had the best experience. My phlebotomist Brandy was amazing. It was very quick and easy and she was very efficient. I definitely hope I get her when I go back again.

Biolife uses deceptive marketing to get you in. Also it would seem that no 2 Biolife locations are on the same promotion schedule. They offer a $100 buddy referral promotion. Turns out there are many things that can disqualify a referal, but they don’t tell you that until after your referral has given plasma twice! In fact the referral I sent to them made sure to give them my name on 3 different occasions to make sure I was credited! After his 2nd donation, no money was put on my card. I called there on 3 occasions and no one returned my call until my referral went down there and raised hell, telling them how he gave them every opportunity to tell him he was not qualified each time he donated, but no one said a thing except, ok yes we have your friends name and we put it in the computer. That’s just not cool. They lost 2 donors over this. Not good business. All that time we believed they would send me the $100 bonus like they said they would.
They keep lowering how much you get
oh my god, i was getting $130 per then to $110 and now its $100 per week but they keep lowering the amount. Its so sad. Im going to grifolds plasma they offer $40 first donation and $85 for the second one total $125.
I’ve been donating for about 4 years
I’ve been donating for about 4 years. I use to get incentive's, now they continue to knock my pay down. 140 was great. Then it went to 125, then 115, and now 100. I would think they would pay the ones that donate faithfully every week. Time to take a break I guess.
Terrible experience
This was the worst “near donation” experience I’ve ever had. I’ve donated at 2 other companies in the past. The system here is terrible. It took 2 hours before I even took their intake exam. The last step was an exam by a nurse. After such a long investment of my time I was told I couldn’t donate because I’ve been diagnosed with ptsd. Why would ptsd be a reason to be deferred? Because “there will be blood & needles”. Blood? Needles? When donating plasma?? Say it isn’t true!!! Seriously.
Inmates running the asylum
wow this company should be ashamed for hiring a group of imbeciles
ever heard the saying the inmates are running the asylum?
the staff here are a pathetic joke,
does not know their job responsibility and are
completely useless fools
sit around coalescing like they they are on the board of directors bankrupting Neiman Marcus acting like their decision making is important when time will prove this group are merely failures when failures get to make decisions they get power hungry and make the wrong decisions while patting themselves on the back
sears is a classic example of what happens when failures hire failures and the wrong people are allowed to make decisions they just collect paychecks and sit around doing as little work as possible because their heart is not in the company

I went to this company in Fayetteville nc and they were so rude. Checked my veins for 2 seconds and the lady said "no go" she was a total b....and I wouldn't recommend ANYONE going to this facility. It's a total joke!!!!

The Bolingbrook IL location…
The Bolingbrook IL location Phlebotomists ALL gets a 96% on getting the needle in the vein for a complete and successful donation compared to the other Plasma Centers in my area and trust me we have several plasma centers from ActaPHARMA , CSL to Grifols just to name a few but this particular location I feel at ease because the staff all work as a team and fully organized and professional.. I mean they work well together only bad thing I don’t like is that the compensation appears to be getting quite low, I could go elsewhere to another plasma center or the other Biolife branch in Addison IL but I feel safe knowing these particular group of Phlebotomists do their job well and I’m not a person that’s easy to please. I really enjoy donating and the compensation isn't too bad, however, I have my doubts about BioLife. I enjoyed my first time and continued to donate for a cause and the staff is nice. The compensation was nice at first but quickly changed afterwards. I was offered an amount for the following week and every week after was less. That's a complete disrespect and slap in the face. Staff could benefit from learning how to wrap after done donating. NYBC way better at it and BioLife could learn from it. Bandaging after donating shouldn't make use of your arm useless. It also doesn't last long which could be a problem down the road if the bleeding starts back up. Should last longer than an hour. Better compensation and better end of donation wrap.
Great experience
Hello, Amy D.is the tech that worked with me . She is very professional. She knows the procedure perfect and I had very little discomfort if any at all.
I will be recommending her to take care of my donations ❤️ in the future.

Wonderful Staff
Wonderful Staff! I go to BioLife in Newark Delaware. Everyone is always so sweet, as soon as you walk in they say hello if they know your name they greet you by name. There are staff members that I really enjoy Turk being one of them, she is always so nice. I do have my favorites on the floor as well, I say this only becuase I am really nervous about needles and they make me feel comfortable. I gave this location a five star review because the facility is clean, the staff is wonderful however, my only complaint is the timing between the moment you get done and they come to unstick you. I realize it can get busy, super busy at times, however, I think they would benefit by having floaters going around to unstick those that are done. The longest I have waited to get unhooked was close to 20 minutes, not everytime, but once you are done you really just want to get unhooked and be on your way.
