I gave one star because I signed up on…
I gave one star because I signed up on line an no where on line did it say bring your social sec card, I didn’t bring mine I had my drivers license my Medicare card I am 68 but I thought I had my SS card but I didn’t, so lady had me put my SS number in commuter an she said some 3rd party would check it out, in the mean time I gave address ph number by that time 3rd party had checked my SS number an verified it, I went to another computer an they started asking questions about allergies, have you ever fainted, an for some reason they asked several questions about being in Ireland,???? Answered all those then had to see a nurse who went over my answers with me an the first five questions about HIV an Ireland where I answered No she claimed I answered yes then she said that’s why were going over this ,then she asked about my allergies told her about my allergy to latex gloves an latex powder that was opening she needed to eliminate me she said they may have latex gloves an since I was allergic to them I couldn’t give at this particular plasma donation but they is another down the street they would take me I said ok I understand what’s going on ,an can I get all my personal info erased off computer the nurse who eliminated me said no it has to stay in case I come back , asked why would I come back ,you all also have one of my finger prints ,but I was worried about my SS number an since I will not be donating at that Plasma place they don’t need all my private info, so she let me speak to the manager who was very nice an told me the FDA wants them to keep all my info so I left with manager saying she would call corporate an ask them about removing my info an I called the FDA to see if what she told me was true,,waiting on call back from FDA now other then that they were very professional an place was very clean, impressive place , but I think thy need to give test first before they get all personal info then if person passes , then sign them up .
I gave one star because I had to… Don’t…
I gave one star because I had to… Don’t go here if you have tattoos on your arms because they will deny you. I went and made the appointment and nobody said anything and I went to my appointment and they completely wasted my time and told me that they can’t service me.

Kaneia was very nice and friendly
Kaneia was very nice and friendly. Excellent experience.
Highly unprofessional and very undertrained…
The people working there need a lot more training. They have bruises and messed up my arm pretty bad twice now and this time was the worst. The guy stuck the needle in my arm pretty aggressively and completely missed the vein. He then starts moving it around while it’s in my arm and pushing down with some force. The pain was excruciating and then he tells me he has to try the other arm. I calmly told him no thank you and that I was in alot of pain and requested to leave. I only got $20 , I know I didn’t donate the plasma because of leaving but I should have received my full payment amount for the pain I went through and the time I wasted. My arm still hurts very badly to move and it’s been over 24 hours since this happened. To top it all off the $20 I was given, I used $10 for gas and that was it , my card was later declined for a small purchase of $2 because it says it was in the negative balance when I know I still have $10 and the biolife app tells me I have $10 left. Overall it’s a very unprofessional company and I would rather see them leave the town im living in and stop ruining peoples arms for a few bucks. And yes I am well aware that no one is forcing you to show up or anything but you would atleast expect someone who is putting a needle in your arm to be professional and not just some kid laughing and joking the whole time he’s putting a needle in your arm. All I know is that if I ran biolife I would still pay the full amount to customers that have been through a lot of pain trying to donate and then refuse service after. It only makes sense. 🤦🏻♂️👎🏻🤷🏻♂️
TERRIBLE!
I went there and waited for many hours for the nurse to deny me because she didn’t have the dosage of my medication which she could’ve looked up very easily! I have AB+ plasma which is very rare but I guess they don’t need it that bad! Do not recommended the Eau Claire location EVER!
Biggest waste of time
Biggest waste of time, was there for two hours signing up and going through their process, only to be told after two hours that I couldn't donate. Something they could have told me in the beginning. Everyone that asks me about them I send them elsewhere to donate. I do my best to redirect there business.
Nowadays it seems this organization is…
Nowadays it seems this organization is an accomplice for the government; asking donors to bring social security cards, DL's, proof of citizenship and proof of physical address. Many people who come here do not even live where they say they live, but of course they receive their plasma (illegal); then others cannot disclose address due to legal reasons and protection, and those cannot donate and are banned by the law (illegal and discriminatory). The young ladies have not "tact" in many cases, causing people horrible bruises for days. They never answer the phone and there is never a real "general manager" on site. The information they collect, although they say they do not share it, they do share it with other governmental institutions.
Also, one nurse had to try my veins 3 times, leaving me with bruises in my arm for days, which they questioned the nature of, really? You have to insert the needle 3 times to get a good spot? and I heard this happens all the time. What does the Health Department do about it?
Do not fall for the money, be aware and wise on decisions involving your personal information to ANY entity, institution, organization, individuals. Do not be naive. My suggestion only.
Waited forever to get un stuck
Waited forever to get un stuck . The new girl training needed help everyone stood around and watched her struggle.
Unprofessional nurses
Most of the staff here is great to work with, but then there are some of the nurses that need lo learn how to interact with donors.
I would not recommend choosing this…
I would not recommend choosing this company for your plasma donation. They invited me because they were offering a small amount more for new customers. When I did the math it was only $75 more for 8 visits at the Beaverton location and only $25 more for 8 visits to Vancouver. This is compared to octapharma which I would recommend. BioLife makes you feel like a cattle being herded and branded. It has a real stuck up yuppie West side type of worker there. Generally condescending approach and borderline offensive questionnaire and check in procedure. Will not be returning. To boot you have to fight highway 26 traffic after leaving a bad experience
Employees are very sweet but I didn’t get full payment.
Employees are very kind and helped me through the donating process because I don’t do well with needles. But they shorted me $100. I referenced a friend and we went in together for her 2 sessions she needed to complete, the website and employees confirmed she only needed to go twice and tell them I was her reference and I would get the $100. I went to donate 5 times total. I stopped donating when I called and asked why I hadn’t gotten the $100 yet and the lady on the phone said management would call, they never did. So I went in to ask and they just sent me to management and then the nurse and the nurse told me my friend would have to go a third time for me to receive the $100, he didn’t know why and told both my friend and I that all of our donations were complete and good and nothing was actually wrong, the system just messed up and there was no way to fix it. To give context, I was a college student athlete and was banking on that $100 to be my gas money for my drive home because I lived 4 hours away from school. I just think there should be a better fix if someone is not getting the money they were promised from the website and the employees, instead of saying my friend has to donate a third time and it should make the payment go through but other than that they can’t do anything.
Employees are friendly & helpful
Employees are friendly & helpful. The app is ridiculous! Sometimes it works & sometimes it doesn’t! Why???? In this day and age for a company as large as BioLife to not have a user-friendly app and one that can always be accessed is very disappointing. I don’t understand why their app keeps saying that my token doesn’t match. I only put in the numbers they send me in my email. After trying several times it locks me out for a while. I know I’m getting their code right because I write it down. Guess they don’t want me to donate because I can’t make an appointment.
Is it me or is biolife pumping more…
Is it me or is biolife pumping more plasma but paying less? I've been donating for over 8 yrs and am getting less then when I was 8 yrs ago. And the amount of plasma they pump is higher then before, but I'm making Less I mean I still do it to help those in need but inflation is high and I can use more pay I hope bio life looks into paying more.
Not worth the time.
The facility is clean and most of the staff is friendly but that is about the only good thing about Bio Life. They pay so little that it isn't worth the trip and their staff is poorly trained. There isn't a visit that I haven't had one technician stick me and not be able to hit the vein. They either keep trying or have to call someone else to do it right. It takes a good week or more to get the bruise to fade. You cannot contact this company with a question and get a response. I've been trying for weeks to get an answer about needing a code on your account. They have just started making you get a code through your email to access your account. That means if you want to see the balance on your card while shopping, you have to be able to get an email code.
I used to love this business
I used to love this business, they had great incentives and seemed to really appreciate their donors. Lately they have been playing this game where they try to see how little they can offer for donations. It was a good little second income for a while but I can’t help but think they are taking advantage now.
I went in to donate and the lines were…way to long. It would have taken about 3 hours for me to finish my donation
I went in to donate and the lines were long and only 3 sections open. I cant figure out why they make so many appts and have no one there to take care of people. I left after fifty minutes. After standing there, I estimated that it would have taken about another fifty minutes before I would have gotten back to donate. I doesn't seam like they value other peoples time.

Summer bruise my arm
Today I was having a good day until it was time to donate some Plasma at the Temecula BioLife i came across a person name Summer as she was doing my arm she kept on talking like she was on some type of drugs she had Increased Talkativeness and i guess since she was so lost in her words she bruised my arm I'm very unsatisfied about how things went today I hope I don't see her in the future or hopefully no one will be seen by her
