Incredible brand!
I used Biossance religiously for years and genuinely loved how it worked for my skin. Their Squalane + Phyto-Retinol Serum, with bakuchiol as a retinol alternative, was a staple in my routine, gentle enough for daily use but still gave me real results without the irritation I've had with traditional retinols. Unfortunately, it has since been discontinued. I'm also a huge fan of their lactic acid serum and their rose oil vitamin C, both were fantastic additions to my routine. Consistently high quality products and one of the few brands where I never had to worry about a reaction. My skin has since become more sensitive, so I am unable to use products, but I have turned both my sisters onto this brand!
(I can't change the date but I used it religiously from 2021-2024)

For unclear reasons, I was unable to enter any credit card information as form of payment. The only way to complete an order was using a third party, which is extremely off putting.

I bought directly from Biossance rather than through Sephora as I normally do because of the free gift available with purchase. However, I am regretting that decision because it is taking way longer than it would have taken with Sephora to be delivered.

Navigating through the app is so hard. I removed an old card, but when I tried to add a new one was impossible.

Selection of products. My skin has become so dry and flaky without using Biossance. So I’ve come back and added the moisturizer package to test more products. Thanks for making that available. I also found the reviews helpful. Handling mature 71 yr old skin is not easy!

Like your products but dissapointed. Why did you send me a code to get 15% off everything on your website (to motivate me to return to shopping with you) when the code wouldn't work for what I ordered. A conflicting message for sure, erodes trust.
