Service was good however the deflectors don't keep the birds away

We had a pigeon problem years ago and put the spikes on the front of our house, they got rid of them. When we had solar panels put on the roof, they came back and started nesting under them. We put the spikes on and now they are gone again. We tried MANY products and other ways to keep them out, nothing worked but Bird B Gone spikes.

The plastic spikes were installed on a 1 1/2" rafter edge in the carport. But, whatever critter has been dumping on the hood of my car is still doing it. It is not a bird, but some small animal.

I had good customer service but I have not had success with the trap yet, after 2 weeks. The pigeons are still roosting on the peak of my roof, just 10 feet above the trap and effectively "laughing" at me and the trap while they poop all over.

Good product but I am 70 yrs. old and a bit of a project to get netting over a fruit tree. Seems to work great and having a Scotch after the job really helps.

Had birds making a nest under my awning. Bird B Gone sold me
the plastic scare shield and the handing strings. I installed the stuff and
the birds are gone. Before I installed the above I used a hose to
clean out the bird nest. They know there business and sell stuff
that works.

You have a good product, although pricey, it will stop the damage birds nesting under our solar panels are doing to the roof.

Your installation video needs editing. It suggest securing the clips by bending the shaft after sliding the lock washer into place. This simply loosens the clip. It does not lock it into place. When I called your technical support person, he was surprised by that advice. I always just clip off the excess he told me, which was exactly the work around we were using.
