The material is wonderful, I just wished that the product was folded differently so that the full 3/4 inch square was exposed to give the ability to apply as is, instead of having to work a large piece of product to its proper size before application can be made.

Used as a deterrent to raccoons
After a discussion with tech help, I purchased 10ft of plastic spike strips. I'm using them as a barrier/deterrent on a fence intersection, to hopefully discourage raccoons from entering my yard. They have destroyed my water feature and feasted on the goldfish. So far, no intrusion. Thanks for a sturdy product that "may" humanely deter the group.

The railing attachment is very poorly …
The railing attachment is very poorly designed.
The railing attachment for the worley bird is not strong enough to
hold the the worly- bird upright when the wind is blowing. The threads
on the railing attachment strip off when tightening it down enough to
hold the worly-bird upright. As well, the railing attachment will not fit
on an oblong boat rail. I suggest you redesign the railing attachment.
The two I bought from you are unusable.

Very fast shipping, unfortunately the second unit arrived with a bent rod which means it's not operating as efficiently And doesn't look as nice asas the first unit I received

Products aren't awesome, but company is very accommodating
The Bird B Gone scare balloon apparently was the wrong item choice for keeping birds off the bow of our small boat (balloon must be suspended over the area we want to keep birds from, and we cannot do that with our small boat). The clear 3" plastic spikes we mounted on our dock railing do now appear to be helping keep birds from sitting and pooping on the dock railing. The Repeller 360 arrived slightly bent - such that the repeller 360 did not turn well. Company sent me a replacement one and it is spinning well and seems to be helping.

Thanks for the review. I am sorry that our products did not work out for you. The Balloon in a tree would not effect birds on a boat nearby. The visual deterrents are meant to be attached to the area the birds are. The birds in the tree may be affected by the balloon. As for the spikes, what type of birds are an issue? Bird spikes are meant to keep larger birds like pigeons and seagulls from landing. The entire surface of the landing area must be covered with the spikes with a little overhang on the edges. I am sorry the Repeller 360 was not properly packaged. I have sent your message to our warehouse so that that issue can be resolved. We would love to replace the Repeller 360. Just let us know.

The Bird Netting Really Works
Fast delivery, which came just in time. I installed the netting around one of my trees this past weekend, and this morning saw a blackbird with nesting materials in its' mouth flying around trying to figure how to get into my tree.
She and her four friends gave up!

The product was applied per instructions by someone with more than 50 years in the field. The results were abysmal. The geese walked through the area of application without any noticeable effect. We wasted money and effort.

I am sorry that the Avian Control Bird Repellent did not work for your goose problem. We would like to offer you a refund on the product. Please give us a call so we can get that going. May I suggest you try the Avian Migrate Goose Repellent. It has the MA in it that bothers the gooses sinus membranes when they eat the grass. Remember that it takes at least a week for these products to become effective. Do not mow the lawn for the first week after application and be sure to apply the product a second time in the fist month. It needs to grow into the lawn and flavor it so the geese do not like it. Give us a call for more help.

Depending on the type of bird, sometimes it is better to use a flashy product to scare them away, especially if they are small, skittish birds. If you have pigeons or larger birds a physical deterrent to keep them from landing can work. If you would like to discuss your bird issue give us a call at 800-392-6915. You can also return the sonic unit for a refund with in 30 days of purchase. Let us know.
