I am SO impressed with the quality of my new furniture - 5 mirrored pieces and they all arrived in perfect condition. Delivery was prompt. Communication was good - I needed the company to hold the items for a few weeks before we could receive them and it was no problem.
I did not expect such good quality items for the price.

Cannot place in required room
The driver stated that they cannot take the furniture upstairs as they’re not insured to. I’m a single parent so have nobody to help me lift this bedroom furniture which is 72kg. If you’re delivering bedroom furniture, this should be placed in the required room. I’ve now got a chest of drawers in my hallway that I can’t move.

This certainly isn’t the experience we want any of our customers to have. Our deliveries are carried out by third-party transport partners, and while there can sometimes be insurance restrictions around carrying items upstairs, we appreciate that this should have been made clear and handled better.

Don’t expect it to last more than a year at best.
Disappointed. Very cheap, light weight materials. Flimsy, thin, soft pine. I had to add a load of heavier duty timber to give me confidence the bed wasn’t going to snap as soon as I as anyone sat on it. Poor quality. Wouldn’t buy again.

Wrong do it again….
Furniture arrived fine but was badly damaged. Now have to wait for a new one - bad quality control and no visibility as yet when the new one is going to be delivered and the damaged one removed (which is currently sat taking up
space in hall!)

Bad design
Bad design, bad quality,
They said that an eraser would be put in the packaging to rub out the numbers on the panels, well that was a joke as we only had three panels with numbers on 2,10,and 11. After over hours figuring out how to put it together, the draws were hard to pull in and out eventually all the ball bearings came out hence the reason why we took out all the pieces and smashed it up. Waste of money waste of time. should’ve realised by the price you only get what you pay for in my opinion it was a waste of money.Do not buy this product. 😡
