Great buy
Delivered as planned. Ordering was great. Didn't see it was self assembly, but husband managed to put the sideboard together. He was dreading it but it went together quite good. It looks amazing. It has completed our vision. And is as good as the picture shows. There's a couple of marks, and we were short of the tiny black screws 7 of them. But they were for the tiny brackets on the back, 4 in each section which he's leaving off as worried the screws might show through anyway.

Fantastic service
We ordered two bedside cabinets. They came already assembled but were well packaged to avoid any damage.
We were advised of the delivery time slot and details. Communication was great. Delivery people carried them into the bedrooms and unpacked carefully. The were really friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had
The bedside cabinets are well made and sturdy and look fantastic. We would 100% recommend buying from this company and we certainly will do again.

Bought a sofa bed through Frasers: totally unsuitable product and any attempt to return and get a refund is appalling. Frasers say they are still waiting for a reply yet it’s over a week since they got in touch. Is there anyone at Birlea available and willing to deal with this?

Second floor flat delivery
We live in a second floor flat with no lift but the delivery guy graciously brought all of the (very heavy) boxes all the way up with a smile.
The bed itself took a while to put together as it's an Ottoman but we followed the instructions carefully & it all came together. We had to make a call as we werent sure if we'd put the piston mechanism together properly as the bed seemed stuck in the open position.... but they advised putting the mattress on & hey Preston it worked!
We love the bed (Phoenix Ottoman in grey) - looks really stylish.

Well delivery went fine by two charming people but after having paid to have it put together it’s still sitting in boxes in my bedroom. I don’t know what it looks like or if it’s comfortable I know sleeping on sofa isn’t. Being disabled and retired unless this is sorted out soon looks like I’m here for some time lol
