Dreadful service

I paid the additional cost to have 2 man crew so that the mirror drawers would be delivered and carried to the bedroom. The driver arrived with his wife and refused to carry it any further than the hall way where it’s still sitting. I can’t carry this and neither can my elderly husband. I’m applying for my money back and a pick up of the unit. Dreadful service.

Terrible delivery service

Terrible delivery service. Was contacted with a time but had the option to decline if wouldn’t be home and request a new slot which i did. Item then got delivery attempted on the declined slot anyway, obviously unsuccessfully as I wasn’t in, however parcel is now being marked as delivered despite tracking notes clearly stating I had requested a different date

Fantastic Service

The company was scheduled to arrive at 10am. I was kept fully updated on the website advising that they would be early. On arrival the delivery team dropped all 4 parcels just inside the door (something other firms have refused to do) The delivery guys were really friendly and helpful. Thank you for a fantastic service.

The bed quality is very poor

The bed quality is very poor - arrived with chips, dents and scratches over all three items. Customer service (albeit through Homebase) has been shocking. Struggling to get a refund or a date the items will be collected - expectation was id disassemble the items and put them back into a flatpack box. I’ve been contacted by about 6 different people so far and I’m no further forward - just keep being told it’s been passed to the relevant department and I’ll hear back in 48 hours. I’ve been told that 6 times now.

It’s particularly concerning to hear that your items arrived with chips, dents and scratches — that’s not acceptable and certainly not how your bed should arrive.

We’re also sorry for the frustration caused by the communication and delays around the collection and refund. Being passed between multiple people and repeatedly told you’ll hear back within 48 hours without progress is understandably frustrating.

Although your purchase was made through Homebase, we’d really like to help get this resolved properly. Thank you for providing your email, we will contact you directly to look into this for you.

Great delivery

Great delivery. There was an issue with my postcode. The delivery men were very patient and helpful.

The bed is amazing, my daughter loves it. I turned the upper part of the bunk bed into a play area for my daughter's smaller room. The bed is very sturdy and can carry her weight, plus some toys and toy storage unit.

I would order from this company again.

Bed arrived broken

Bed arrived broken, header and footer are both damaged. I’ve only received it yesterday and I’ve already contacted them to initiate a return. Hopefully they reply within 48h window given with a solution and a refund.
I will change the rating here all going smoothly, but they’ve prompted me to make a review now and this is my experience so far.

Update: They’re replying below, although they don’t allow my reply to theirs, hence I’m updating review here. I contacted them on Friday, they came back to me today: if I dispose the defective bed myself, they refund me straight away, if they need to collect it, then they won’t refund straight away… that’s to encourage me to have the hassle of disposing big pieces of defective furniture myself when they’re extra heavy and my car isn’t big enough to fit them in… I replied to them asking to collect asap, but not yet any reply or information on when they can collect, when I’ve told them I have no space at home to store their damaged furniture. I’m expecting family visit and I have no bed frame and my living room and bedroom taken by big boxes! Not happy at all. I need to remove one more star on this review.

I recieved a text message with a time of delivery and they arrived bang on the time stated fabulous. The guys were really nice and professional and cheery too..... I would highly recommend this company

Very poor quality item

Very poor quality item. I just bought a house so I purchased 2 wardrobes 2 bed side cabinets and a chest of drawers. I had high hopes but these were soon dashed. The delivery and sales team were spot on I cannot fault that , however some pieces were damaged at the corners, some holes did not line up, vital parts were missing. A bit of a shame really, I raised it with the company and I have sent in batch numbers and photos. I bought furniture from other companies and felt they provided a far better product. Not having a moan just disappointed.

Very Poor Quality

Very Poor Quality, Edges chipped (cut with a blunt saw). I have bought Other Items A Third of this price Much Better Quality, I will never use this company again, The Chip Board Used very cheap, I would have liked to return it but had glued it together so could not take it apart,

An excellent service

This was an excellent furniture delivery service. I was kept involved every step of the way. I raised a query about delivering to the first floor and got a punctual and helpful response. The delivery was on time and the two delivery men were friendly, polite and helpful. This was heavy furniture and I was fearing it might be left at the door step but instead everything was delivered to where I wanted it. Excellent service.
