Nearly 4 weeks, still no tires.
Thousands of dollars and nearly a full month has gone by since ordering rims and tires (along with hardware and sensors) and booking installation through Blackcircles and I still haven't received let alone installed them. Two cancelled appointments so far due to their shipping errors; First they shipped 3 tires instead of 4 to the shop, multiple days later they finally received the 4th tire, however still no TPMS sensors. Then the sensors were sent back across the country due to a shipping error. Weeks have gone by and the second set of sensors they sent have again failed to be delievered due to shipping errors according to shipping company tracking.
Easily the worst experience I've had buying rims and tires over the years.

I found this website through searching on google. I was a little skeptical at first because I had never heard of it before. The reviews and prices almost looked too good to be true as well, but I made my purchase of a new set of tires anyways. Now I can't recommend Black Circles enough! I told all my friends about them. They have the best prices I've seen and the fastest shipping as well. From purchase to my door was under 48hrs. I couldn't be happier !

Not good for Toronto roads
I got one damaged tire, 2 flats in 1 month due to potholes. Something is wrong with these tires vs holes on the road, you better not come near a pothole...

Worst Company to buy Tires
Worst way to deliver tires. They left it on the driveway without any covers. Looks like cheap and used tires from any local garage. Worst complay to buy tires.

Happy enough with the price. Ordered on a Sunday with a holiday Monday, tires showed up on Wednesday. Tires mounted and balanced without issue.
