Scammers and poor customer services. I was looking at 245 45 20 all weather tire never searched for 245 50 20 . But some how they got ordered as 245 50 20 and now they are asking for 100 for return fee.. dont trust this company . I also called them messaged them for looking for 245 45 20 and they said that's not proof.. of me searching for that size.

I had been looking for a set of new tires to put on my 2025 Tesla 3 before trading it back in near the end of our lease. There are very specific requirements, and blackcircles.ca made in incredibly easy to find tires that match the requirements, and had a website that allowed for easy comparison across the options. They had 2 delivery options: to a shop or to my shipping address. I choose the latter and the tires were delivered 2 days later. Just had them installed yesterday and they ride like a dream. The kicker is this company had the beat everyone else's prices by a long shot. Wouldn't go anywhere else in the future. Not sure what the other poor reviews are about, but this was an incredible experience start to finish for us.

I bought 4 new winter tires from Blackcircles and selected the nearest location where I could have them installed.

The price charged by that location (going through Blackcircles) was MORE than if I were a walk-in customer off the street. Does the local garage have to pay Blackcircles a commission, which they then recoup through higher fees to the customer? Why does Blackcircles apparently not care that local garages are charging excessive amounts to their customers?

I will never use Blackcircles again.

Terrible service. I ordered a whole set of winter tires and I only got delivered 3. After a hassle of contacting them they said it’s coming from a different warehouse. It has been more than 10 business days and still didn’t receive anything. after several phone calls they can’t compensate. Worst experience ever.
