Terrible customer service.
I placed an order at the end of October and received my items pretty quickly. However, after speaking to multiple tire shops in my area and being told they couldnt properly program my sensors, I decided to return them. I put in a request for the return, and I kept being told I would hear from someone in 24-48 hrs. It took 3-4 weeks for them to get me a return label. The customer service during the process was absolutely terrible. They told me I would receive my refund 7-10 business days after they received my return. They received my return on Dec 12 , and 16 business days later...I still haven't received my refund, and they are not responding to my emails. I had to file a dispute with my bank.

I was skeptical having seen some of the reviews online but then absolutely amazed by how straightforward this was. Best prices anywhere, easy online ordering and arrived within 2 days! Tires came about 6 or 7 minutes before the wheels!

If i could give you a 0 I would. Just so people out there know this company is misleading about there shipping. I chose and paid fir fedex to ship my tire and they were not shipped by FedEx even though that was my option on blackcircles web page. They then used canpar most likely because they are much cheaper than FedEx even though I paid and chose FedEx. Also canpar has to be the worst shipping company out there. Anyone ordering through this company be aware that you will wait and possible not even get your order. Read the reviews on this company but not from there own site check Google reviews cause there is not 1 good review.
George was extremely rude on the phone
George was extremely rude on the phone. He called me 2 days after my order confirmation to tell me that the tires I ordered were out of stock finally. I was ready to go for the Kuhmo road venture (slightly more expensive), I ask him if he could price match them and he started laughing. Obviously the Nexen were the deal so I didn’t want nothing lower in quality and more expansive. I was not impressed by the service at that point. This is when George started talking over me, cutting me when I was trying to explain my point and all the issues that this back ordered situation brought to me. He was bragging his good reviews and making me feel like I was the one who made a mistake. A lot of online companies are doing great in after purchase services so don’t risk a situation like mine with these unprofessional rookies. Will never buy nothing from them.
Formal Complaint Regarding Delayed Delivery, Missing Tracking Information & Unprofessional Customer Service
Dear Black Circles Canada...
I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding my recent tire order placed on November 10th 2025, as well as the unacceptable customer service I have received throughout this process.
Your website clearly advertises 1–5 day delivery, yet it has now been 8 days since my purchase, and I have still not received my full order. As of today, I have received only one tire out of the four I purchased. This incomplete delivery has forced me to cancel my mechanic appointment, causing significant inconvenience.
What has made this situation worse is the complete lack of communication and support. I have requested a tracking number four separate times, yet I have still not received one. When I contacted customer support, Genevieve, who identified herself as the Customer Support Supervisor, assured me that a tracking number had been emailed to me. This was simply not true — no tracking information has ever been sent to my email.
Additionally, when I asked to speak to her supervisor, she informed me that she “didn’t think it was necessary,” despite this being a repeated issue and following several rude and dismissive responses from her. I previously had to hang up during another call last week due to the same unprofessional behavior.
I have now made two separate orders with Blackcircles on November 10th — one for my mother’s car and one for my truck — and the service I’ve received on this order leaves me extremely dissatisfied and questioning your company’s commitment to customer care.
At this point, all I am asking for is the following:
An immediate and accurate tracking number for my remaining tires.
A clear explanation for the delay.
An apology for the inconvenience, the canceled appointment, and the unprofessional treatment I have received.
Assurance that the remaining tires will be delivered promptly.
After 30 minutes from speaking to the Customer Service Supervisor, I received an email with the tracking number and delivery date that was provided by her boss Geneviève Liboiron. Why I couldn't have received this information after asking 4 times is beyond me. Nobody wanted to take any responsibility for the other Genevieve's actions saying she acted professionally, however mentioned that she was a bit impatient at the end of our call. This is again after I had to hang up on her just last week. I wasn't dealing with her rudeness or overbearing attitude.
I don't think this company understands that they are responsible to first apologize to their customers for any inconvenience's and try be as helpful as possible when dealing with all customers. I should also mention I did not recieve my receipt and had to call them back because they had added my email incorrectly with no domain name.
I would like to mention that the agent Nathan who helped me with my order was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Maybe he should become the CRS. I will not be giving Black Circles my business any longer. Shame on their executive team.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Sent my tires to a different address. They suggested I go drive and pick them up myself from that address. They blamed Fedex for the issue, but the tires were not labelled with my name or address - so they're fault. Never called me back, kept having to call them to follow up.
It was good until it wasn't
It was good until it wasn't. The price of four tires was good. I paid for four TPMS sensors as well. They made the appointment at a local tire shop. Just before the appointment they phoned me to tell me the TPMS sensors hadn't made it to the shop. The didn't give me any explanation of what that meant for me. The tire shop called to confirm my appointment and they are the ones that explained that I would have to buy four of their sensors to finish the tire install. The tires were installed and I paid an extra $200 for four more sensors. Now I've been locked in a battle with black circles to get a refund on the sensors I paid them for and haven't recieved. It's been over a month without a refund. They acknowledge I am owed a refund. They just won't give it to me. I am going through my credit card now to get money back. If they hadn't screwed up the refund on these sensors they might have gotten four stars. They haven't even offered a discount or anything fory troubles.

They give you the impression that they will put tires on the rims when you’re shopping but they’ll ship them separately and you’ll have to get the tires put on the rims. They deceive customers like this and they know it when you call them about it. They are the scum of the earth.

Les prix sont incroyables et la majorité des reviews sont excellents, avec certains moins bon donc j'ai décidé d'appeler en succursale avant de passer ma commande. Je voulais me faire ma propre idée avant de prendre "le risque". La personne avec qui j'ai parlé a été très informative, ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécié. J'ai finalement passé ma commande et ça a été super rapide et facile. Je laisse 4 étoiles, mais 5 étoiles possibles (et un gain de clients de mon entourage) si tout se passe bien avec ma commande! Garbage customer service
It's unfortunate because I do like the wheels I got, however the sensors I purchased along (from the the page of the wheel itself) did not fit properly. The dealership's technicians tried to make them fit but couldn't. On top of that, the sensors didn't sync properly with my 2024 Cadillac. While trying to make one fit, they broke it. I tried to return them, but they said they couldn't because it was broken. I said no problem I can understand that, and asked to return the other three (they are sold individually) but they said they came in a package (which they didn't) so refused the return. I'm out $250 because of that. Really bad first experience.

Denied my claim to replace a tire while on a road trip they told me instead of getting a local shop to replace the tire I should wait for one to be shipped from Quebec. This would have cost me more money in hotels than the cost of the tire. They claim they have a road hazard warranty but don't believe it.

My order 201929341 for four tires was placed on Tuesday. On Wednesday one tire arrived with the other three coming on the Thursday. So, all four were delivered within two days which is the fastest shipping I've ever experienced during many years of online shopping which is practically unheard of. The price was very good and made that much better with their free shipping. I still have trouble believing just how fast this purchase proceeded. Oh yes, all four tires were 1725 making this deal even sweeter.

Order 4 tires on Wednesday morning and received them on Friday at noon. Tires in good condition, were made in April 2025. Will review again after first winter with the tires.

Sent the tire late and it was not the one I ordered.
Tire was a day late and I was off to a trip the next day and needed a new spare for my trailer. Juan was accommodating and the tire appointment eeked in so I went to the shop to drop off the spare.
When I looked at the tire it was the wrong brand, completely the wrong size and the wrong type (they sent a sports car tire, I ordered an all-terrain. The guy at the shop was dumbfounded too as he looks at the order and nothing matched.
They wasted my time and now are holding my money hostage until we go through the return process for a tire I didn’t even take.
I don’t recommend this company at all.
Save yourself time, money, effort and stress
Multiple shipping errors, a used tire sent, and I had to return an extra one they mistakenly delivered. The process wasted my time, caused unnecessary stress, and they offered only a pathetic compensation. I expected far better from a company of this size.
