Hi, thank you for your feedback. 💜
We understand this is not the outcome you hoped for. Decisions like this are never taken lightly, and they only happen when an account review finds a breach of our Terms and Conditions. In these situations we always aim to do the best we can for the player, which is why all deposits were refunded in full to the original payment method. ✅
The full explanation, including the specific parts of the Terms and Conditions that were breached, has already been sent to you by email. 📩

Hi, thank you for your feedback. 💜
We understand that waiting is frustrating. Your redemption was on hold because the payment method needed to be verified, which is a security measure. 🔒
As set out in our Terms and Conditions, we may ask players to verify their identity and payment method before a redemption is processed. Player security is a priority for us, and this check is part of how we keep accounts, funds and payment details safe. Verification is never meant to push anyone to play, and playing is always a personal choice. ✅
If you have any questions about the process, you are welcome to contact us at support@blitz.us from the email address linked to your account. 🙏

So far so good
So far so good. I was pretty upset actually at first because I had put a lot in without anything paid out... But I kept at it and ended up getting pretty lucky! Ill update if there's issues with redeeming.
