I love blitz.us I got the free two…
I love blitz.us I got the free two dollars and fifty cents when , creating a profile and played it and one over a hundred dollars in cashed out super freaking awesome for playing for the first time without having to spend a freaking dime. Update so I created account with blitz and the first email I inputed was incorrect and I wasn't able to log back in because I typed in my email wrong, so then I created a new account and luckily put in the correct email address and I played and I won and then I went to go redeem my prize. They told me because I have another account made i cannot redeem my money, which totally sucks\nCause I wasn't even trying to like play with their money twice.I don't really care about that.I just wanted to get the right email. And that's why I can continue playing with them , and like deposit money , and now I don't get to

I created an account yesterday. They will not pay me
I created an account yesterday. I was able to turn a $20 deposit in to $1000. I verified my account with my ID, utility bill, selfie, etc. This morning I recieved an email saying that my account is locked and closed. Their reasoning states that I broke their terms of service by having more than one account. This is incorrect and ridiculous. This is only the second sweepstakes casino that I have ever signed up for. I have emailed them stating that this is incorrect. They will not help. Do I contact the Illinois Gaming Board over this matter?

Hi Lindsay,
Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your experience with us 🙏
We’re really sorry to hear how disappointing this has been, and we completely understand how frustrating it must feel to have your account closed so soon after joining.
We’d like to reassure you that decisions like this are never taken lightly. Every case is carefully reviewed by our team using dedicated tools designed to identify multiple accounts and other activity that goes against our Terms of Service, and a closure is only applied once that review is completed and it’s confirmed.
Keeping Blitz.us fair and enjoyable for everyone is really important to us, which is why any abuse of the platform results in account closure, in line with the Terms all players accept when signing up.
To protect everyone’s privacy and security, we’re unable to share the specific details of our review. We’re truly sorry we can’t give you a different outcome.
Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you all the best.
