I just had a surprise birthday bouquet delivered from Calgary to Golden BC.
The packaging was amazing. All components were affixed inside the box for safe and efficient transportation.
The flowers were absolutely perfect. So many varieties. Unbelievably beautiful. Looked freshly picked. Nice vase too. And some yummy truffles. Happy B’day to me.

I am a good client to Bloomex but today Extremely disappointed with Bloomex. I was personally promised same-day flower delivery over the phone for both of my orders—one going to Montreal and the other to the USA. Instead, they shipped both the following day. Completely unreliable. When a company gives a clear same-day commitment and then fails on multiple orders, it ruins the whole point of ordering flowers for a special occasion. Won’t be using them again. They didn’t even offer a refund 🫤😡

I received a bouquet of flowers for my birthday they came in a box they were broken and they were all bent up like they've been packaged for weeks and they died within one day they were all wilted and horrible and by day three they're all completely dead and then when I tried to get all my money back I was told that I could get 50% back because the order was completed..ie sent!..or a store credit for the exact same amount so instead my son spent $111.00 for... I can guarantee was probably $30 worth of flowers plus a box of Waterford chocolates which I know are worth $9 so let's say 40 bucks worth of product all together by the way they were mostly daisies they had one hydrangea in there one Tiger Lily three roses and it was $111.00
I almost blew a gasket when I found out how much those were so I took a store credit for the entire amount because half the amount seemed insane like 50 bucks for oh my God I just I can't even talk about it!!!!
it's so insanely disgusting I would stop anybody from buying flowers from this company but I am actually going to get another box of flowers from them because I wanted my f***ing money's worth which I'm not going to get so maybe I should have taken the $50 amount of money and let my son basically give that company $50 for no reason at all..
Wish me luck because I will definitely be writing another review when I get my second box of flowers because I want to see if it's a pattern DISGUSTED!!!!

1) I requested a delivery for yesterday August 27,2026 and it arrived today August 28, 2026.
I paid 19.99 extra for this delivery and if I had chose. August 28th, I would have been charged 12.99

2) The items arrived smashed and they refuse to issue me a refund without returning the package. So, I have to ask my aunt to package up what was supposed to be a birthday gift to her and return it? I do not want store credit as I will never be ordering from here again.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said there was no one available above him that I could escalate this to.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I wish I had read reviews before ordering.

This company is awful. The flowers they sent were dead. I contacted them immediately by email with pictures and they did not respond. They have not responded to subsequent emails either. Product beyond inferior with zero customer service. Avoid at all costs.

They advertised delivery and then pushed it out to the following week. Missing my sister's birthday completely. They have not yet delivered and I demand my money back or I will sue them in small claims for double the $ I am a senior and I live on a tight budget. This kind of service for such an important occasion is unacceptable.

I selected a lovely arrangement, pictured with white lilies and white roses, for delivery to friends who were mourning the loss of a loved one. I paid extra for an upgrade with orchids. Instead, they received white daisies. I expressed my concerns to customer service and they flagrantly justified this fraudulent business practice. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! I wish I had checked the reviews before using them.

I lost my Best Friend of 66 years and my family sent me a Sympathy bouquet from Bloomex. The delivery never happened as promised so my daughter called and could only speak to the delivery driver who claimed she could not deliver because the gates were closed at our complex. If she had used the phone at the gate we would have opened it for her, but this did not happen. The following day at 4:30 PM the flowers were delivered and the flowers were "Hot" to the touch and were definitely the same flowers from the day before. The flowers were limp and edges of roses were brown. When questioned the driver insisted they were fresh flowers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, you will be disappointed and you will waste your money.

I received a delivery and the flowers were half dead and wilted. I reached out to them and was asked to provide pictures and my delivery information which I did and was asked if I would prefer an on Account Credit or a new delivery. I chose the on account credit and have been waiting since July 11, 2026 for this issue to be rectified ~ it is now August 21, 2026 and still NO RESOLUTION. We use them for our Corporate Account and after today NO MORE!!!! ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME!!! APPALLING

Truly one of the worst experiences with a florist ever. I paid extra for early delivery. My wife works until 2 p.m. The delivery driver didn't even pick up the order until 1:30 and was attempting to deliver to a business after 7 p.m. They rescheduled the delivery and despite emailing the florist and the driver informing them it must be delivered before noon, they showed up at 4 p.m. again the next day. Was never refunded my early delivery fee. This happened for a special occasion. Tried them one more time and it was even worse. NEVER EVER USE BLOOMEX ! ! ! Total scammers

I placed an online order with Bloomex August 16th 2026 requesting delivery August17th2026.
I was told they couldn’t deliver until 18th! There was back a forth emails with them telling me the flowers I wanted weren’t available until 18th. I requested the name and phone number of the florist they were dealing with. No go. No wonder I later found out they use their own warehouse.
I made a phone call I was told they would upgrade the order and send chocolates, crackers and more. I had already upgraded to include birthday card and balloon. But still delivery 18th.
These were a gift for a friends birthday.
When she received them she sent me a thank you and a photo.
I was appalled and disappointed by what I saw. Wilted flowers, petals falling off, yes a box of chocolates but nothing else.
When I spoke to my friend she said they arrived by Purolator in a box with oasis , no vase. The chocolates were melting.
No florist was involved in this transaction.
I have tried to reach out to Bloomex again but obviously they are not interested in customer service once they have their money.
DO NOT use this company.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered flowers for a friend’s birthday, but on Sunday morning, the scheduled delivery date, I was told they would not arrive until Tuesday. They then called my friend directly to tell her about the delay, ruining the surprise.

It is now Tuesday, and the delivery has been postponed again until Wednesday. I have called and emailed customer service but received no meaningful assistance, and there is apparently no manager available to speak with.

This company missed the birthday, ruined the surprise, and failed to deliver on the revised date. I will never use this service again.

My birthday basket arrived 3 days after my birthday. They texted me a $20 off coupon which I deleted after I couldn’t find someone who wanted it.

My advice, make your own basket selecting preferred gourmet items and ship it early to your loved one.

I don't know what's going on - Bloomex used to be a reliable flower delivery service, but I have now had two deliveries not reach their destination, and Bloomex has refused to refund me, claiming they were delivered. I am a corporate client who has used them frequently for years, but no longer. They have lost me as a customer. Not that they seem to care.

I ordered a plant arrangement from Florist.ca aka bloomex, I ordered plants because my mom is allergic to flowers. They sent me an email message at 6:30 am that they were substituting the plants for a cheap floral bouquet. I contacted them and advised it was not acceptable due to the medical issue. They said it was on delivery but the delivery driver called me to confirm he had not delivered the flower bouquet and would return them to the warehouse. 10 calls to their customer service call Center and they just said they’d give me a refund and hang up on me without providing the credit card refund confirmation number then would change the story to offer a store credit which I declined. Or I could wait a couple weeks until they had plants in stock. Then they lied and said they could order plants from a different warehouse but it could take a week or two to deliver them by Purolator ?! These people are insane and not worth wasting your time the only way you can get a refund is to dispute the charges directly with your credit card (bank).

Unreliable business model. Ordered days in advance for a funeral, was late day of and said it was in transit. Never showed and no refunds. If paying by Visa, launch complaint via Visa and they will refund. business model is poorly executed. Would not recommend. If paid already, recover via Visa.

I received a delivery yesterday - August 5 - for my birthday. The arrangement was deplorable. for $50 I would have expected the EXACT picture of what should have been sent, instead, I got dead daisies and carnations. A $10 grocery store arrangement is 10 times better than what I got AND they have yet to respond any inquires regarding the state of the flowers.

Would NEVER recommend them to anyone

Thank you to Alex for assisting me with my gift to my MIL. She was over the moon with the basket of treats. From ordering to delivery it was seamless and enjoyable. I have used Bloomex for several years now and have sent gifts from Nfld to Alberta and never had a problem.

I had called Bloomex two days in advance to put in an order for birthday flowers using an existing store credit. On the day of the scheduled delivery delivery, I called and learned that the order was cancelled and the credit wasn’t used. Of course, I was beside myself because this was a surprise birthday delivery for a family member who had just moved out on her own. Luckily, when I spoke to David Johnson at Customer Service about the mishandling of my order, he went above and beyond to correct the situation. He realized I was frustrated, and that the situation was not handled properly when I placed the original order. He was professional, respectful, caring and considerate, and provided me with the finest service while also upgrading my order.
In the future, when placing a Bloomex order over the phone, make sure you receive an email with the order confirmation number as well as a follow up email with the paid receipt. Check for those emails before you get off the phone with the person with whom you placed the order.
