I had called Bloomex two days in advance to put in an order for birthday flowers using an existing store credit. On the day of the scheduled delivery delivery, I called and learned that the order was cancelled and the credit wasn’t used. Of course, I was beside myself because this was a surprise birthday delivery for a family member who had just moved out on her own. Luckily, when I spoke to David Johnson at Customer Service about the mishandling of my order, he went above and beyond to correct the situation. He realized I was frustrated, and that the situation was not handled properly when I placed the original order. He was professional, respectful, caring and considerate, and provided me with the finest service while also upgrading my order.
In the future, when placing a Bloomex order over the phone, make sure you receive an email with the order confirmation number as well as a follow up email with the paid receipt. Check for those emails before you get off the phone with the person with whom you placed the order.

Ordered flowers from England for my sisters birthday.Bad idea .Did not turn up on the day and just cast the blame on the courier no refund.Do not use absolutely useless

Would give zero stars if it was an option. Purchased and paid for a floral arrangement. To call what was delivered a floral arrangement is a joke. It looks like someone grabbed some mums out of a drugstore check out line. Disgraceful and they won't refund it unless the person who received the flowers (they were a gift) drives to the nearest warehouse to return them. unreal. Do not ever use them.

First time, they didn't deliver the arrangement I ordered and missed delivery date on Friday(when they could have left the flowers at the door). When I called and told them to re-deliver with a new fresh arrangement(on the following Monday), they delivered the flowers and some were already dying.
Called again on Tuesday and they are now refunding my order. I have never had a great track record with Bloomex.

Just sent my friend flowers who had a baby. I used a different website florist.ca unaware they used a third party bloomex. The flowers that my friend got were EMBARRASSING. I am sick over this, I spent $80 on these flowers. They changed the color of the flowers, the size difference is insane, the roses were brown on the ends, the greenery was crumpled and wilted. I am so angry. I have already sent 5 emails to bloomex. So waiting for a reply. DO NOT USE THEM. 0/100.

Bloomex wasted my day, my Son's money, the life of this poor plant, the gas delivering the poor plant and the wages the Purolator driver earned. Do not order flowers for delivery through this company. Find a local flower shop near the recipient and order through them. Happy birthday to me

I would give this company zero stars if I could.

I ordered flowers for my son’s 30th birthday on Sunday, July 26, and specifically paid for delivery on July 27. The delivery date was the entire reason for placing the order. Birthdays happen on a specific day, and that’s when the flowers were supposed to arrive.

Instead, my son received a text message on July 27 asking him to select a delivery time for July 28. The flowers were never delivered on the date I paid for, and the company didn’t contact me to explain the delay or offer a solution. I had to reach out to them myself.

When I contacted customer service, I requested a refund because the company failed to provide the service I paid for. My request was denied, saying the flowers were en route (July 28th) and there was nothing they could do.

Delivering flowers a day late completely defeats the purpose of sending them for a birthday. The company failed to honor the delivery date they accepted and then refused to take responsibility when they didn’t fulfill their commitment.

I expected much better customer service and accountability. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be using this company again. I would strongly encourage others to think twice before trusting this company with flowers for an important occasion, because if the delivery date matters, there is no guarantee they will honor it.

Bouquet delivered after receding a text to call as problems with delivery (at this point, no delivery has been attempted as I was home). The number I called must have been for the delivery driver. Sounds like he was in the wrong city (a neighbouring one at least).
Hard to understand - background noise and heavily accented. Flowers delivered late afternoon Monday. They looked fine. Tuesday morning I noticed they looked a bit wilted - just the mini roses, the Lillie’s were still closed and the other small blue flower was fine. For a couple of days noticed the roses were now closed and completely limped over. Two lillies bloomed, but the remaining buds were closed and dehyrating - so will not bloom. I took pictures and finally sent an email on Sunday as I had given enough time to see if they’d come around. I was trying to be patient and give them a chance before complaining. Bloomex told me because I didn’t raise a concern within 24 hours of delivery, they can only offer me a $20 credit on a future order. How insulting! Based on the lack of quality, I’d probably never order from them again. And now with this extremely poor customer service - I WILL NEVER ORDER
FROM BLOOMEX AGAIN. A store credit for a future order is futile - I’m sure they know that.

J ai commandé des fleurs pour des funérailles 3-4 jours avant la date on m a assuré que ça serait livré le matin du service funéraire . À mon arrivée il n y avait rien de livré quand j ai téléphoné on m a dit que la commande n a jamais été préparé et ils étaient désolé. Il n ont pu envoyer aucune fleurs express.! Résultats! Ordered flowers and a chocolate/wine package for Mother’s Day. Received a small bouquet and no chocolate or wine. Sent them a complaint the next morning and have since been offered a $20 dollar store credit and been told they only accept product complaints within 24hrs which I did. They essentially stole $170 from me.

Ordered flowers for my new granddaughter. I requested next day delivery. Got a confirmation on my order saying it would be delivered in a week. After several conversations, they told me their system made an error and they'd be there the next day. When I saw what they sent I was so embarrassed. I paid good money for what I could have picked myself. I got back in touch with them and was told "sorry you're disappointed "..that was it. Never again.

I literally placed an order last night internationally (From England) via florist ca for our grandfathers funeral which is today in Toronto. The process start to finish was super easy via the online chat. Nothing was so much trouble. It was delivered on time.

The wreath you created for us is stunning. Even better than the image on your website.

I wish I could select zero stars and I wish I had seen these reviews. This is a lie: "Bloomex Canada is known for it's cost-effective flower bouquets, same-day delivery, and creating a seamless gifting experience." The birthday bouquet I ordered will not be delivered as CONFIRMED and the AI bot answering my inquiries asked that I make the recipient stay home all day because no estimated time of delivery was possible. Then the AI spewed out ridiculous reasons for why they could not "access" the name of the local florist. And then it spewed the same message to subsequent questions. I have never heard of a florist that would not give an estimated time of delivery. Ridiculous. The whole thing. And when I find out from the recipient the name of the local florist, I will review them similarly. By the way, I believed I was ordering from a different company, florist.ca, so heads up.

I cannot recommend Bloomex Canada under any circumstances.

I ordered birthday flowers that were supposed to arrive on my friend’s birthday. Instead, they showed up two days late, after she had already left town. I repeatedly emailed customer service before the delivery, explaining the situation and asking if the order could simply be redirected or otherwise resolved. Every response was essentially, “Sorry, we can’t redirect,” with no effort to help or offer a reasonable solution.

When the flowers finally arrived, a neighbor was kind enough to bring them in and send photos. I was shocked. The balloon was completely deflated, and the flowers were already wilted and looked like they belonged in the trash instead of being delivered as a birthday gift.

I immediately contacted Bloomex again with photos, expecting them to make things right. Instead, I received nothing but a generic apology and an offer of store credit. Why would I want store credit from a company that failed so spectacularly?

I have now requested a refund five separate times, and each time I receive the exact same canned response offering store credit instead. It’s clear they have no interest in resolving legitimate customer complaints.

Late delivery, poor product quality, terrible customer service, and a refusal to stand behind their product. This was honestly one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. Save yourself the frustration and order from a florist that actually values its customers. Bloomex has completely lost my trust, and I will never order from them again.

Its a scam company. 100$ + 15 delivery fee was a bouquet that looked like it was pustchased at grocery store for 15$ delievered in the laye PM with no notice on when will it arrive. Dont waste your money

I thought I would update people on my experience with buying a basket of Tuscany Treasures which turned out to be a basket of cheap rubbish….none of which had ever seen Italy.I have been in touch with Mastercard to get my money back.There immediate advice was to change my card.Seems other scams are going on.So if you paid by card ..change it immediately as they have your details. gp

Was told delivery would be Saturday. Then it was changed to Monday. But now on Monday it says it’s in transit. Now it’s Tuesday. But if the flowers were already in transit for Saturday delivery why is it now in transit on Monday????The person they are for is not home for three weeks starting on Tuesday. So they say the will leave them there. Leave them with whom? There is no on there. I’ve told them multiple times and it get the same generic bs we will leave then there message. Great! What a waste of 100 bucks. Do NOT use this company. They are awful!

Extrêmement déçue..le 13 juillet j’ai fait livrer des fleurs à ma petite fille qui venait d’obtenir son doctorat!
On est rendu au 19…toujours pas de livraison par contre le paiement est passé ! J’ai écrit 2 - 3 fois par jour, j’ai demandé un remboursement ils attendent pour suggérer autres choses…ils me disent que la livraison est faite..mais après vérification aucun téléphone ni livraison à été faite ! Je ne recommande pas Bloomex, malgré leur publicité: livré la journée même …foutaises…..jamais plus de commande chez Bloomex !

I worked with a friend for four years. When she transferred to a new location, I decided to surprise her by sending her a plant. I picked out a tropical plant that had three different varieties of tropical flowers and paid for it.

That is not what my friend received. Bloomex did not have the plant they advertised in stock, and they decided that it was too expensive to purchase something equivalent to that plant from another supplier, so they chose to send a vase full of flowers.

A vase of flowers...to a friend who had just been through a bad break up. She saw them and immediately thought I was making a move.

I contact Bloomex and demanded either a full refund OR that they send my friend what was ordered. They refused both options. They offered me a credit online, but they never followed through with it.

My friend doesn't talk to me anymore because she thinks I can't be trusted. And this company got my money and only made excuses instead of amends.

Avoid them like the plague.
