Absolutely fantastic customer service
Absolutely fantastic customer service, they run you through everything you need to know, I was even greeted with a packet of sweets and a bottle of water when I opened my lock-up which really surprised me. Brilliant customer service and they are amazing, I highly recommend them and will pass their name on to anyone who is looking for storage, amazing. Full CCTV coverage and top quality security, i received a call this morning from them as security picked up on the fact that I locked the wrong side of my lock-up and I was advised they'd put a temporary coded lock on it until I could get up there and lock it securely, i was so grateful for their support as I am totally new to this and I didnt realise I'd done it wrong, that's what I call top quality customer care.

Easy every step of the way
It was super easy to book online and everything was explained so clearly it was a lovely break from stressful admin. When arriving at the unit everything was organised and clean. The 2 lock system worked really well and the bottle of water and sweets inside the container was a very sweet touch!

Great help in a crisis
Fantastic experience from Blue Self Storage for our small amateur theatre company, Peculiar Productions. We were facing a crisis, and Dean and Rhiannon were so quick, helpful, and efficient. Blue Self Storage at Wentloog
Been at the Wentloog site for five years, great site for our caravan, so secure with good on site facilities eg caravan wash, servicing area and super secure. Only left as got tired of towing a caravan and have put it on a seasonal pitch in west wales. Would use BSS again if needed.
