Faulty Product & Terrible Customer Service
I purchased a Blusafe Smart Lock in August. Within two hours of installation, it failed completely and locked my team out of our office before a client meeting. We had to pay for an emergency removal at extra cost.
I first reported this on 17 August 2025. Since then, I have emailed Blusafe repeatedly (21 Aug, 27 Aug, 1 Sept, 3 Sept, 4 Sept) .
To date, I have received no replacement, no refund, and no communication from Blusafe. This has wasted time, caused disruption to our business, and left me out of pocket.
A company selling “security products” should stand by its goods and support customers when their products fail. Blusafe has done neither.
Blusafe, I need you to respond to my emails and confirm the refund immediately. Ignoring customers is unacceptable, especially when your product fails and causes business disruption.

Don’t trust blusafe or their locks
I bought a blusafe yunity smart lock for a slamshut door,
The lock broke my gearset within an hour of fitting it!
Blusafe assured me the lock is safe to use and that I mush have a misaligned door, I persevered and replaced the gearset. It lasted a few months and then broke again!
I again was told there’s nothing wrong with the lock and it was not possible the lock could damage the gearset!
All together. 4 gearsets got destroyed by this lock and on the last occasion, I had to get a locksmith to still saw all the deadlocks off to open my door.
Blusafe stopped responding to my emails months ago when I asked for refund!!
I have since fitted a Yale smart lock that has worked perfectly without any issues at all.
Blusafe are a very poor company to communicate with and have no care about customers
They pretend they have broken phones so you can’t speak to them and have no company phone numbers listed anywhere for the uk
They have not responded since February 2025
The smart lock was only 5 months old when I gave up on it.
Great product and works well with the app, once set up
We purchased the Apollo smart lock to help manage our Airbnb guest access. Initially we had trouble with which app to use, and we were unable to pair the lock to the original Bluesafe app (black logo) - which the Chatbot support was suggesting we need. After downloading the online manual, we realised that the TTL Lock app is the correct one, and we had no further issues. We've had some follow-up questions, which have been very clearly explained and answered by Ava from the Technical Support team. Overall we're very pleased, and love the product.
Apollo lock = Locked Out Regularly...
Apollo lock, looks great and has some great features, if they worked consistently. But guess what, they really dont work for long.
Ever since installing the lock just over 8 months ago, we have to update the finger prints ever two weeks for my entire family. We have also had consistent issues with the keypad, where sometime it is completely unresponsive and other times it is far too sensitive and you can get it to take the pin code and you end up locked out.
All this would be fine, if the customer service team would help. But I have found them to be completely unhelpful in resolving the issues. You get the same old story every time, check the firmware, do a reset, readd the fingerprints..... But guess what, none of which resolves the issues and then they just disappear.
My advice to anyone considering this company, just dont bother, it will be more hassle that it is worth. Go elsewhere.

Their products are reliable, and the support team is always helpful and responsive. Turnaround times are great, and they’re a pleasure to deal with – a top-tier company we highly recommend.
Helpful Service & Good Product
Needed a solution to keep my toddler out of my office and came accross their fingerprint door handle. It's of good quality and wasn't too hard to fit. I made an error cutting the spindle (tip, make sure its properly all the way in to the handle before you measure how much to take off, its a snug fit!) and they kindly offered a replacement without any fuss.

Works great ... Fingerprint is a little temperamental but the keypad is always there as a back up ...easy to retrofit to an existing composite door.... Only point to look out for is it's slightly wider than your normal handle I needed to adjust the door over to the maximum and then slightly bow the locking side of the frame to stop it rubbing.
Awful service
Awful service, am not sure if this company is operating from a shed or at best garage without anyone working to respond to phone calls or emails. We brought two of their products which initially were hard to set up but with some guidance we managed to get them set up and working. We have tried emailing, phoning at all times of the day, and leaving messages. They are quite helpful when you first purchase them so they don’t get sent back but after that, don’t bother. We have two products that are useless now. It might be an easy fix, if only they would help!!

I have an origin smart lock that has been draining batteries faster and faster over the past 6 months. I reported it a month ago once I'd ruled out it being a battery problem (trying the usual premium brands and getting no better life) and initially received some helpful suggestions to try. I said these hadn't helped, chased them a couple of times and was sent the same set of instructions. I reminded them I'd tried this, and have been ignored ever since. It's now been 2 weeks since I last heard from them, despite 3 email chasers. I will now have to waste time going through my credit card company to claim against Bluesafe Solutions under Section 75. This company is not to be trusted.

I had very little knowledge of the products and Joe was happy to help me every step of the way and guided me into the Apollo which i've had fitted for a few weeks now and it's been just great. Faulty item no response for help no response for returns not a good company and I can’t say if the product is any good as it dpesnt work you want a reliable lock for your door so don’t waste your time
Helpful when spending money. Not so much when something goes wrong.
When buying the product and asking questions they were very attentive. Had the item 2 months and it’s not working. 3 emails just ignored.
Once fitted it was great
Once fitted it was great. Fitting, however was not so. First a list of parts never mentioned again or used, a cardboard template with no instructions how to use, a part that needs to point opposite to the handle that will constantly want to point down without the spindle fitted which makes it harder to line up the stubs, a stub that wouldn't tighten and an instruction to cut the bolts to the door thickness plus 10mm. I found to be minus 10mm instead. I also would like to have set my own security questions.

Great communication over email I was in the USA at the time, managed to sort out what I needed and ordered with no hazel.
Door handle arrived and installed buy me and a friend probably took longer than a professional but with a bit or trial and error we got it installed.

Easy to order m, sent picture’s of the door to make sure we bought correct lock. Confirmation arrived quickly as did the lock when ordered. Had a problem fitting and contacted Bluesafe who replied quickly with advice, lock not fitted and working g great. Using finger print to unlock front door is so easy no looking for keys or struggling if dark
