The accommodation itself was clean but had an uncomfortable bed leaving me with a painful back at night.

Lovely place to stay in a fantastic location. The host was super helpful and responsive especially when we arrived later due to immigration! The place needs a little refreshing as it’s feeling somewhat worn but it was super clean.

Super séjour à Albufeira 🌞 ! L’appartement est spacieux, bien décoré et très confortable, on s’y sent vite comme chez soi. La communication avec l’hôte a été parfaite, toujours rapide et efficace. (avec des instructions claires avant votre arrivée) Nous avons aimé la tranquillité des lieux, la climatisation dans les chambres, ainsi que la belle terrasse avec table et transats. Le club est aussi très pratique avec sa place de parking, les piscines et le snack sur place 🍹. La vieille ville se situe à quelques minutes en voiture et nous dirige également vers la plage. Le soir, la ville était très animée, ce qui est parfait pour profiter entre amis comme nous l’avons fait. Seul petit bémol : quelques taches sur les couvertures et coussins. Dans l’ensemble, un logement que nous recommandons pour un séjour très sympathique à Albufeira !🇵🇹

Appartamento di Lisbona in Rua da Graca. Le condizioni dell ‘appartamento non corrispondono assolutamente a quelle reali. Le foto risalgono sicuramente a molti anni fa. L appartamento ha muri e soffitto scrostati, tappezzerie macchiate, elettrodomestici vetusti e pieni di ruggine, pavimenti con mattonelle rotte. Inoltre non è possibile chiudere la porta del bagno perché telaio e porta non combaciano. Al di là della generale vetustà abbiamo trovato pavimenti e cucina notevolmente sporchi, sanitari e porte doccia malridotti al punto di allagare il bagno ad ogni tentativo di doccia. La caldaia funziona in modo discontinuo ed è’ capitato sempre che nei i 3 gg del soggiorno solo un ospite riusciva a fare la doccia perché la caldaia andava in blocco. Segnalato immediatamente il problema il giovedì dell’arrivo, il tecnico è stato inviato solo il sabato pomeriggio e, privo di qualunque attrezzatura, non e’ riuscito a risolvere il problema e quindi per i 3 gg di soggiorno è stato difficilissimo fare delle docce. Per quanto riguarda la zona notte segnalo che i letti hanno dimensioni ridotte, come segnalato, ma sono anche scomodi e dotati di due cuscini per ciascun posto letto di cui uno piccolo e sottile ed un altro cuscino da arredamento, tutti sporchi e maleodoranti. Essendo stata fornita una chiave sbagliata del portone livello strada, di uno dei due mazzi di chiave forniti, uno di noi è rimasto in strada per oltre un’ora in attesa dell’arrivo degli altri. In generale esperienza totalmente negativa ed un pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ovviamente quanto detto è dimostrabile attraverso le foto scattate durante il soggiorno

Big bedroom, with a lot of nice decorations, clean and equipped with fans for summer, candles for making the environment cozy. All working and new, dishwasher, iron, kitchen tools.... Hghly suggested. My rate is 10!!!

January 2026 Update: Look how long it took the company to respond to my review-that proves my point. The response is rooted in dishonesty-the booking and all the issues around their fumbling the refund of deposit was done by booking lisboa bnbird dot com specifically dealing with Gilberto Sousa, Carolina Lourenco, and Rodrigo Pedrosa with copies of all email correspondences to prove my comment below. Blueground maintained the on call Maintence issues during the stay while BnBird booked and managed the entire reservation. Such a ridiculous response to just horrible services and stress you caused our family with your ineptness, rudeness and delays in refunding because you can’t seem to know how to follow wiring instructions with banks.
2025: Horrible customer service and follow through as a renter!!! Renter BEWARE of this company! Please trust me when I tell you it’s been a horrible experience. First, the customer service sucks when things go wrong inside the rented apartment they are far from responsive in actually fixing things. We lost internet for four full days couldn’t conduct work abroad because of their ineptness. They took our payments by credit card and here is the kicker-they won’t refund your deposit long after you have departed and been cleared for the refund-they refuse to put it back the way they took it off our credit card. Then they insist on a wire transfer and screw up the wire because they can’t follow wire instructions listing my bank account number so the money went back to them and they have to spend weeks “investigating” the problem when the problem is THEM!

Séjour d’une semaine sur Lisbonne qui devait être magnique avec mon chéri et finalement horrible au bout de 2 nuits, je demande une solution d’un autre hébergement ou annulation du reste du séjour car l’appartement une GROSSE BLAGUE sur les sites super en photos et en vrai Une Catastrophe à fuir, humidité, cafards, pas de vrai lumière du jour, moisissures… ! Je n’ai jamais vu cela j’ai les photos preuve à l’appui que je garde pour le moment, j’attends encore le remboursement sur notre compte 😏😏😏 Mr Jose Castro de Bnbird lis mes messages, mais n’y répond même plus 🫨

I am deeply disappointed to share our experience with BnBird during our stay in Lisbon. Although we booked our accommodation months in advance to secure a good deal, as our budget was limited, we encountered several significant issues upon arrival.
Firstly, the property did not match the photos provided. It was evident that the pictures were taken years ago after renovation, but no updates have been made to the property since. We encountered dirty floors and bathrooms, a dishwasher without a door, and stained furniture. Most concerningly, there was a strong smell of mold throughout the property. My wife, who is sensitive to mold, immediately started experiencing respiratory issues. We found black mold growing in various locations, including corners, behind wardrobes, and on curtains.
After speaking to a neighboring guest, we learned that their unit had similar mold issues. We contacted BnBird, but they refused to take responsibility and redirected us to a different contact. After spending hours trying to reach the appropriate person, we eventually received a refund. However, we were left stranded late at night in Lisbon during a busy week with limited options for alternative accommodation.
The only available option we could find on short notice was €400 over our budget. Despite our efforts to seek assistance or compensation for our situation, BnBird remained unhelpful, stating it was not their responsibility. While we eventually received a refund for the original booking, we are still working on getting taxes and cleaning fees refunded, which were charged by BnBird directly, not through the booking platform.
Overall, we are extremely disappointed with the customer service and professionalism of the BnBird team. We believe it's essential to share our experience to help other travelers avoid similar difficulties.
