OMG! I wished I had read the reviews first on this company before I actually ordered. I’m so weak in seeing something that interests me and immediately will place the order. I ordered a key chain in April. It’s June and still no show. Everything everyone said about their order is true. You get no reply back from the support email which doesn’t look good for the company. And I notice that if you do, it’s just an generic email with your name on it. Not personalized to your concern at all. I’m very disappointed I fell victim to this scam. I don’t have money to waste like this. Very disappointed in this company, they seemed so legit! Will never order or recommend ever again. And I still don’t have my order as of June 8, 2023!

I ordered my keychain on April 25th. I received update emails randomly with the most recent coming on May 20th saying my order was ready and would be shipped soon. Nothing since then. I checked the tracking on their website and it still says “in production” status so now I’m not even sure what’s happening. I have sent 3 unanswered emails to support and will likely be requesting a refund. This was a gift for my boyfriend who is deploying in 3 weeks and is super disappointing.

I love my keychain so much, it is perfect!! Now I will always have a piece of my binxy boy with me & that’s so special to me. Thank you so much!! I am completely obsessed with how it came out

Still waiting on my order from March 7th. Said 2 weeks to ship even got e-mail stating my keychain was complete and would be on its way. That was April 27th. On May 24th reached out to costumer care and no response. It is now almost 3 months since I placed my order. Will now be contacting PayPal for a refund. This is simply not ok. It was a birthday gift and birthday came and went with no keychain.

Over 3 months but no idea when I will get the gift. Poor response to emails.
No exact date by when the gift should reach. Unheard in this time and age. Lost all hopes that I will receive the gift

After months of waiting on my order, I received the wrong item. When I reached out regarding a refund, I was told they would remake my order correctly…waited again…received the wrong item AGAIN. I reached out requesting a refund & after a few days was told they would look into it & I have yet to hear anything back. I will never order from them again nor would I recommend.

Received my item about 2 months after placing my order. Asked customer service where it was, they sent an outdated link to tracking. Waited a week and asked again, was told it was part of their anniversary sale and it would be on the way soon. Assumed I would never receive it & gave up. It showed up in my mailbox two weeks later. The product itself is cute, but could use a bit more contrast to show the detail a little better. Overall, I’m glad I received what I purchased but won’t be ordering from them again.

Order took forever, and I received 3 of the same keychains instead of the 3 different ones I ordered. Contacting customer service was not helpful. Disappointing.

I got the wrong dog and name. I am still waiting to see how they will make it right. So far I am not impressed with customer service. There was no shipping tracking number. There was no packing slip to be able to go off what I actually ordered for reference to customer service.

I ordered my product on March 29th and it is supposed to ship within 1-2weeks for US. I still have not received it. I came on here to read the reviews and ll the responses from the company to those saying about shipping taking so long, says that shipping has returned to normal. However, that seems to be a lie as I am still waiting on my product. Weather conditions my ass.

I loved this. Our family cat passed after 22 years, and i immediately ordered a keychain from a picture that I had taken a few weeks before where she looked especially regal. The item itself is very nice. The only issue was, I guess they had a sale and an abundance of orders so I took so long to get it. And I would have appreciated a preview of the item before because it came out a little slanted and would have been a little better it it had a default shape with the picture inside.
But I love it!!!

I originally wanted a different picture done and had communicated with support, but the change didn't happen. Shipment took longer than expected (ordered in January, received in March). The end product was nice overall and I think it will be cherished since I bought it as a gift.

I wanted so badly to love this, but I expected better quality for a product that took 3 months to be made and delivered. It had fingerprints on it when I opened it and was not as clear as I had hoped. I understand if there is a delay but the communication was certainly lacking.

MONTHS late. Picture is subpar. I would NEVER recommend or purchase again.

My daughter loved it! It took a long time but the company communicated regarding delays in which customers have no control over.

I love the way my keychain looks. It looks just like my dog, but it’s a thin piece of tin and isn’t wearing well. Took a long time to get it.

The order took well over 2 months to arrive. Any contact I made with the company was not replied to. The keychains are much smaller than anticipated and they don’t have any finish on top. The keychains themselves can be scratched up and ruin the engraving. Do better.

The item arrived after two months of waiting. It is a very nice key chain, much smaller than I thought.
The customer service was mediocre. I had te each out after three weeks to find out where the item was.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. Not on time. Lack of communication. Do not order from them.
