Production took over a month. The detail wasn’t as clear and pronounced like the ads. Metal was thin.

This company was horrible, they took almost 2 months to send a small keychain. Nobody responds to email. Nobody picks up the phone. They were terrible to deal with.

Great quality! Looks exactly like the picture. Packaging was perfect & shipping was easy with updates received. You can also look it up yourself with no problem. Would Highly Recommended this jewelry brand. Plan on buying again soon.!!!!

Wish I could rate 0/5. I ordered 3 identical custom keychains of my dog on November 19, 2022. On January 3, 2023 I received my order - one terrible quality keychain of my own dog and two dogs I did not order. I emailed the company and didn’t hear back until Jan 30 at which time they told me it was a mistake and to simply reorder for free. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and put the second order through and let me tell you, it was a mistake. REGRET. March 22, 2023 and no update from the company. DO NOT ORDER!!

While the image looks good I order three separate images and only received one on all 3 key chains and it came well after the holidays. I have attempted you to correct this error with no response. Very disappointed. We lost our Sadie right before Thanksgiving and I was hoping this would be a gift we could treasure.

They’re awful, spend your money elsewhere, wish I did!
Took over a month to receive my order, the keychains I ordered that did arrive feel very cheap, and not as detailed as advertised, definitely not worth the money!
I think they send a deal to anyone that buys something, basically to order more for very cheap (the cheap price is what they should be priced at), but there is no place to upload a picture and text, so then you’re left with a back and forth email, trying to relay the information which of course didn’t get received.
I still haven’t heard from them to fix the order so just left to dispute with CC company.

First of all, it was a huge hit! I thought there was a nice heft to the key chain. I liked the size of it. However, the best is the workmanship. The recipient immediately recognized her dog. Thank you.

Please send me a reminder to place an order for another friend in April.

Took forever to even ship. Understandable, but at least make it good. Horrible picture quality. Super small.

I had sent you an email when I received my order and haven’t heard back from anyone. My order was wrong. I received 4 keychains total and they were all supposed to be of different dogs and I got two of the same dog and one was missing.

Terrible customer service and response times. Emailed this company four separate times and they never resolved my issue.

Was a Christmas gift that you said we be in time for Christmas and it showed up a month after the fact.

HIGHLY recommend! It did take some time to make/ship but the keychain looks EXACTLY like the photo I sent in. The item itself is also good quality and makes a great keepsake of your fluffy friend.

I still have not received my order. I cannot track it. Every time I reach out to customer service they say oh your order is being prepared special for you we apologize for the delay. I ordered the dog Keychain December 14th. It's ridiculous that it is taking g this long. At this point I don't even want the Keychain. Whats the point when it was suppose to be a Christmas present.

Mine story sounds like the same as everyone else’s. Ordered a custom key chainS expected shipment and then never heard from them again! Just took my money and ran. I have am submitting a complaint with the better business bureau and submitted a fraud charge in my credit card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Took a little time to get but it turned out beautiful! I sent a picture in of my dog with a piece of grass on his mouth and they captured it perfectly. Thank you

Order two separate key chains, with two different dogs. Got a duplicate of one

Sent in 2 different photos for 2 different cat keychain prints and received 2 of the same instead of one of each

I loved my item, but ordered two with 2 different pictures and received 2 of the same picture. I emailed asking for assistance and received no response. Beautiful item, but unhappy with the lack of response.
