Having ordered the Bello Star knitwear online I was hoping it would be as depicted. I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations on all accounts, size style and fabric I am more than pleased, also it only took two days to arrive. I have no hesitation from ordering from this store again they will definitely have my support in the future

Previously bought from this store and very happy with my purchases. I recently ordered and the wrong colour came.... no issues I was contacted and resent the correct colour. Ann Maria went above and beyond to help and make my day a happier one. Thank you

Do not order from this company it is a scam. Order not received and no reply to my emails.

Received my order on 30th March , returned on 3rd April...I sent by Royal Mail tracked, it was delivered on 4th April..I am still awaiting my refund , I contacted you on 18th April.and was promised it would be done that day .It is now 27th . ???? . Really dissapointed in this company .

Not worth the money

I think I was one of the lucky ones, if you call the printed naff hoodie I received instead of the nice knitted jacket I ordered. I would not advise anyone to waste their money.
I emailed and got a reply the next day. I was offered 3 different outcomes which were just not acceptable. Anyway in the end I received a 70% discount and allowed to keep the hoodie, not that I would even do my housework in it, it's so bad and has no labels apart from the size to say if it's fire resistant. This is false advertising and they shouldn't be allowed to get away with it.

Only given 1 star has had to.... As others ordered a knitted cardigan but got printed hoodie.... Total scam

Returned an item but have not been refunded despite the company receiving item on 25/11/24.
Emailed numerous times with no response, I agree, Trading Standards need to look into company.

DON'T BUY. Need trading standards here. I ordered a beautiful knitted cardigan and received a cheap hoody with a woollen print. Nothing like the picture. It. Also took nearly a month to arrive. They market themselves as a quality store in Bristol but it just appears to be a front for a Chinese Import business. I have asked for a return code and refund.

Relatively ok clothing but utterly rubbish customer service. Excuses for not doing stuff like send the correct item when the wrong one was sent. Not my problem if there's only 1 person doing customer service, they take money quickly enough.

Never received my dress couldn’t get through on the phone or WhatsApp luckily PayPal sorted my refund ai did then get an email saying they were sorry it was a small business and they couldn't keep up with the orders.

Discovered this lovely company this year.
I’m a bit of a shopaholic to be honest , so I feel I’m qualified to give an honest review.
Firstly the stock is so unusual, and just my style, quality is brilliant, price point is good too.
Iv ordered on line, by telephone, and iv received excellent customer service every time.
I had to return an item once and I emailed first, and explained reason.
The whole experience was dealt with professionally and promptly.
Great company, excellent product, friendly staff 👏👏👏

Had to return item due to poor quality, returns are at customers cost and recomend special delivery, no refund sent ,emails are unanswered , don't understand why they wouldn't act professionally .

Firstly, Very disappointed in the delivery time to 9 days to arrive which was too late for my weekend away, however, the quality was very poor, squashed in small plastic bags, my goods were bursting out the packaging. Wouldn’t have kept them anyway due to the quality. Store Didn’t reply to emails, unfortunately I’m left with the cost of returning the delayed items. Would certainly not buy from here again

I order over 2 weeks and have not received my order. I have contacted the store via the email address several times. I have not had no update on when my order will be shipped. They have taken my money of a large amount and heard nothing.

I am still trying to get my money returned. Be cautions of thus store/website.

They do not fulfil their promise.

Received my order today and I’m so please. The Almafa top is beautiful and very flattering. I also bought the Nora trousers and they are the comfiest trousers I have ever worn and they fit perfectly. I have already put in a second order today. This is my new favourite store.

Charming customer service from start to finish. Unpressurised and relaxed sales environment. No refunds, which is strange and something to consider (?) Timothy was attentive, cheerful and friendly, as was the lovely Italian man at the door.

My husband and I was given this experience as a wedding present.

We got caught in traffic and missed the afternoon tea (despite Bond Street hanging on for us). They was amazing, they kindly boxed it up for us and we made the gin school experience which was part of our gift.

The staff are ace! The have a huge amount of knowledge and when it came to making our own gin, they made it fun.

We had a good laugh with Lucy and the team, their humour helps make the whole package 😀

Definitely recommend this, the building itself is full of historic details.
