Liked the item I bought but didn’t realize I had to pay US tax, UK tax and duty. Love your shop but wouldn’t buy anything again because of taxes and duty charges. I’m going to London in September so will visit the store

I have just purchased for the 3rd time from this company. I cannot rave enough about them. The customer service is first class. The clothing is unique and well-made. The delivery arrived in 2 days. They are a very trustworthy company and would fully recommend them. Please see my other reviews!

Originally ordered a light pink Saliyan top, which arrived in bubblegum. A new one was despatched as a replacement, along with another, which I was paying for. Just rang to say thanks, they've arrived and pay, only to be told no charge. Two beautiful tops.
Now tell me of another business that has that type of loyalty to their customers! This is another reason we should support local, small businesses.

Always a great experience when buying anything from this company - it's like having your own personal shopper on hand. Clothes are always top notch, arrive quickly and very well priced. The only complaint i have is that there are so many nice pieces to buy, i'm running out of space!

I have ordered a number of times from Bond Street Stores. The clothes are very stylish and different. Get a number of compliments when i jave worn them. I last ordered a pink top unfortunatly there was a delay in delivery due to issues with Evri. Called the contact number and Ann Marie was the most helpful person i have ever come across in this line. She chased the order and re sent the pink top with a complimentary white top as well. Wow fantastic customer service and will definatly buy more from the company . Thankyou x

Dreadful, 2nd time I've had to chase my order up. This company does not reply to email, what's app messages. I finally received a message stating full refund being made. I will never shop with this company again. Having spoke with other customers, it seems to be a pattern. Take your money, dont send goods, ignore all correspondence. Dreadful customer service. Definitely do not recommend on line shopping with this company.

I havnt received anything to review despite the order being made over a week ago and £4.99 postage taken. It hasn't even been dispatched.

Wow what a company! Ordered and arrived in 2 working days🫶From start to finish it was the easiest process, communication was spot on and the clothes are just beautiful🩷would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Update - we managed to make contact a couple of days ago and have resolved the issue hence my updated review.

Bond Street advised there had been a problem with my address, to which I confirmed it was correct, it’s just weird. And the parcel was then sent overnight and I have just received it now.

Apparently I had been calling the wrong telephone number, but I was using the one on the link in my order confirmation.

Once we were in contact the service was efficient. And the product is perfect.

A more proactive approach to check my address would have saved a lot of worry my side, but alls well that ends well.

Original experience- Ordered over a week ago and no updates since “order confirmed”. The link in the order confirmation doesn’t show the order as having been dispatched yet. I have emailed as per guidance in the confirmation email and not had a response. I have tried to telephone again using details from the “contact us” guidance, however a recorded message says “calls are not being connected to this number at this time”. I have tried the WhatsApp route also, and still no reply.

Throughout all these attempts they have been posting new content on their socials, including responsding to comments (positive comments).

Beginning to assume they are no longer trading or it’s a scam website as it’s a black hole as far as customer service is concerned.
