Over the last 40 years, we have been lucky enough to work with some great manufacturers and suppliers, which means now, we can confidently say that we only sell stoves that ‘we know and trust’. The discussion we had was comprehensive and most helpful.
We bought a fan for our stove, but could not fit it in appropriate position on top of stove.
It was not removed from the box and returned a week later. No problem whatsoever in doing that.
Furthermore they suggested exploring a replacement motor for our present fan which was damaged by heat over the past winter.

Visited this business after many years
Visited this business after many years, impressed with expansion and development. Probably good to expand from the wood burning Steve’s business. But the wood burning stoves are brilliant. We have two!

A Quick Visit
Only went into the shop for a replacement part for the wood burner. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Even telling me that if a relative in Yorkshire needed help with an Aga being fitted, they could help. A few years ago Bonks fitted our wood burner and the service was excellent and the job completed by the end of the day.
