Good very nice

I came across an ad from Bonus Homes while our house was on the market. The decision to sell our home was a huge decision since we had an interest rate we will likely never see again (under 3%). I was hesitant to sell but we did not have the means to buy another house without the equity of that home. After we sat on the market for months we started to feel like this move wasn’t meant to be. When I came across a BH ad I was intrigued but definitely skeptical because let’s face it it’s so hard to trust any company, especially when it comes our largest asset. The more I learned about their program and what they have to offer the more I considered it. Everyone at BH listened to what my specific needs were and where financially I needed to be. They were able to work with me and give me an offer that actually made it easy to accept. Now that the numbers were great I was hesitant about the legal implications. BH was incredibly understanding and helpful as I consulted attorneys to review everything and ensure the contract covered myself from unforeseen circumstances. I cannot say enough how grateful I am for BH being patient with me and providing an opportunity for my family to get into a home that suits all of our needs. I highly highly recommend anyone who is on the market or looking to go onto the market give BH a call to at least hear about their program and what they can offer.

The Bonus team is outstanding. My client was in a really tough spot in life and needed a quick out from his home, but knew he was sitting on a gold mine with a 2% interest rate and a recently built home. While his home didn't quite fit the deals Bonus typically does, they put the client first and gave him an option outside of what he thought was his only option-selling his home. Overall our service with Bonus was very seamless, Jen was always super helpful and right there when we needed her and many times we would just have her conference in with which ever company had questions. Rich was very informative and always happy to jump in with future Lender and Selling Agent to clear up any questions that may come up.

Even though they are a newer company, they are very eager and put the client first. They want what is best for you and it is very apparent through out the entire process.

The reason they did not get 5 stars is due the way they are setup to handle Solar Accounts.

However they were very helpful but a good chunk of our funding went towards paying it off as they do not “absorb” solar accounts or the financials. Hopefully it is something they can work on for future clients to help offset the burden.

With all of that being said I will refer them and their services to people I know and hopefully they will be as helpful to them to start their next chapter as they were for us.
