Very smooth process. Everything was thoroughly explained from the pitch to the final transaction.

They were quick, efficient and kept in contact no matter how many times I reached out. This was such a great experience that I can only hope others have the opportunity to do. Bonus gave us an opportunity to sell our first home so that we could make a big leap to move states. We were so nervous before knowing about Bonus that we wouldn’t be able to sell on time, and when our real estate agent told us about this company, it sounded too good to be true. This is one of those instances when “it’s too good to be true” is actually true! I am so grateful for all that they have done for us and will praise their company to anyone who will listen. If you are thinking about going through with a deal with Bonus, do it. You won’t be disappointed. Also, shout out to Jennifer. She is so incredibly helpful, responsive and never showed irritation with me when I sent her a million and 13 emails.

The overall experience was great. Everyone was extremely helpful and overall good communication though out the entire process. We were definitely hesitant and skeptical in the beginning because honestly, this seemed too good to be true. However, once we had everything explained and we were walked through step by step, this was a no brainer for us. This is exactly what we needed for our family. Ron was awesome throughout everything, his commitment and communication showed how much he cared for not only Bonus, but also for our family’s future. I would definitely recommend anyone who is in a position to sell, really consider Bonus and everything they have to offer.

The market was brutal for sellers and we were wondering if we were going to be able get the house we had entered a contingency contract on. We met with Rich from Bonus and he was very transparent and easy to talk to. Bonus partnered with us so that everyone benefits.

BonusHomes approached us with a 'full price' letter of intent for our home the first week it was on the market. We were skeptical because when something seems too good to be true, it almost always is. We pulled our home off the market and met with them to discuss the proposal. The interest rate for our home loan was slightly higher at 3.875% than they anticipated. The meeting went well and we thought that everything was 'full speed ahead'. Then we got a revised letter of intent where BonusHomes cut the money we receive up front by 1/3. BonusHomes insisted that it was essentially the same offer but shifted the money we get to the end of the agreement, if we sold the home after 5 year minimum. BonusHomes constantly told us what a great deal we were getting. 1/3 less money up front?? Not such a great deal for us. So be skeptical of offers that seem too good to be true.

Our entire experience with Bonus was exceptional. From the genuine staff and team to the business model, it was a win for our family. The Bonus Team earned our trust as we navigated thru a few challenges, showing their commitment and integrity.
