Awful customer service
Awful customer service! I made an error on my order and emailed as soon as I noticed. They wanted to charge me an extra £15 plus postage (again) to send out a separate item, rather than £10 for the extra part that I requested. They did not read my request fully which caused a delay in dealing with my query. Emails have no signature and are not worded professionally. Very poor! Wish I'd ordered from Amazon rather than trying to support a discount store.

Simple, straight-forward and arrived safely.
It's a great deal for a box set that my son wanted. There were email updates on the progress of the order, dispatch and delivery. Delivery was by Royal Mail and it is a big deal to me since our address is a new street with a new build, other couriers haven't been able to find our place and Royal Mail was the only one that has been able to deliver consistently. Please keep using Royal Mail.
