My experience with BookSpace was excellent. The website is user-friendly, making it easy to find exactly what I needed. Customer service was prompt and helpful, and my order arrived on time and in perfect condition. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend their service to others.

It's great to see the book! I like to publish on BookSpace - it's so easy and convenient. All errors in the book are my own fault. I like that responsibility. However, it's difficult to market the book for a broader audience.

I had the best customer service from any company I have ever used. They responded almost immediately to my issue. They handled my issue and settled it within an hour or two. Everything they said in the beginning of our relationship is exactly what I got and more. Bookspace is an honest company that cares about their customers!

The books look great and were delivered in a timely fashion. The covers were very nice and the quality was better than expected.

The turnaround time from submission to delivery was within the specified timeframe. Overall, I had a positive experience. Going above and beyond, especially when most people are sound asleep, is the true definition of exceptional customer service. Live help when working creating my site. It was late in the evening and I got stuck a few times. But the help person (Ash) "took a look" several times and gave me direction- simple and easy with no wait time.

This may be the best service team I have experienced, with quick responses, simple answers, and suggestions for things I hadn't considered in my publishing endeavors.

I published my first book on Book.by (Now Book Space) in April of 2026. Their Help system has been my guide through the many technical formatting questions that come up in the publishing process. The Books.By chat is easy to use and, while sometimes you know you are getting a response from the already written FAQs, just as often I got a quick responses from Ash, the owner, who would address my question with the exact specifications I needed. I am grateful for the guidance!
