The book was even better than I had imagined! The colors were nice and bright which really matters with children's books. The pages were very durable. The print was beautiful with no smudges. I will order from here again! The process was very easy. This was my first book so formatting correctly was new to me. You made the process simple and answered all of my questions promptly. These are not my first books. I have over 35 of my books on your platform. I have used LuLu for decades and the switch to you was seamless. I love every book I have printed with you, especially my flip book, Rubies in the Wilderness/Splintered. I will give you the decades now.

I am new to the platform and needed help. It was offered unstintingly, making my experience very simple. I had made an error and was shown how to fix it. Also, I had something new I wanted to try, and was both helped, and encouraged. I really like the platform and the customer service. I've already talked to two new authors who are afraid to publish, telling them to try it.

I was trying to compare printing costs and royalties between KDP and BookSpace and couldn't find a royalty calendar in my dashboard. I sent a message through the chat featureand somene answered within a couple of minutes with the various trim size options, pricing, etc. AND using the book specs I'd listed, gave me the exact pricing information I was looking for for the book I was working on. I'm pretty sure it was a live person based on the answer and. Regardless, the customer service was great, the response time was fast, and my question was answered completely. I have only had positive experiences with the company so far.
