I would give them zero stars if it was…

I would give them zero stars if it was available. I read many of the reviews on Trust Pilot stating the same issues that I encountered. Don’t buy from Bookswares.com. The products are cheap and not worth the exorbitant amount of money they charge you. The ornaments look like they are three-dimensional on the website, but they are just flat acrylic ornaments. The T-shirt I ordered was too small and they would not even exchange it for a different size. I even told them I would be fine with a store credit. They offered 10% to use on another purchase. That benefits their company — not me. I don’t intend to get burned twice. I saw them on Facebook & from now before I order from any company on Facebook, I will check the reviews on Trust Pilot before I purchase, not after. Had I known how many negative reviews they have I would’ve never ordered from them. Don’t get ripped off by Bookswares.com.

My order was never received

My order was never received, though tracking says delivered. I reached out 3 times for help with replacing the item. No help at all. They asked me to prove it wasn’t delivered by getting a letter from the post office. Unbelievable. Such poor customer service. This was simply a personalized ornament for my daughter. I will never shop

Cute but maybe not practical

The package got here in one piece, was shipped in company packing and the only reason I gave it a 4 was that the product, stemless FU wineglasses have so many restrictions, like don't was in hot water or the printing comes off or smear that I decided to fill them with something like dried flowers and use them just as a decoration. The sayings are really funny though and I liked that they can be personalized because 1 of the 2 is for a friend.

Forcing me to buy an additional product

I ordered one item bearing my grand daughter's name. They insist they must also charge for and send an additional different item that I did not want as it is designed to clip on to a car visor and the girl is 8 years old and does not own a car! I immediately complained but they refused to cancel it. I wish I had read these reviews before I fell for their purposely misleading and confusing website.
And of course their response to this review offers no resolution but an invitation to repeat my complaint once again

Extremely poorly made products and they…

Extremely poorly made products and they trick you with the fine print if you don’t read it carefully. They DO NOT give refund but give you 10% so you’d order more poorly made products and they are very unprofessional and condescending when they respond. The items were gifts and too embarrassed to give them so I tossed them. $25 for an ornament that was made out of plastic and not even double sided. I can’t even put into words. I was ripped off . Simple

Poor customer experience start to finish

Poor customer experience start to finish. First, the checkout process was so confusing I ordered two items when I wanted one. I realized my mistake immediately and within minutes emailed customer service asking them to cancel the extra item. They responded several days later that the order had already been processed and no changes could be made. So next, following the tracking it was several weeks before the item was actually shipped from the seller. I ordered it on December 2nd for a christmas gift and it still hasn't arrived (today is 12/23) and the tracking shows its been sitting in a transfer point for several days. Doesn't look like I'll get it in time for christmas. I'll never order from these people again and suggest you avoid doing business with them.

The item looks very little like the photo on site. It has sharp pointy rough edges and is a cheap sticker on plastic. Delivery took weeks and the item might as well be made by toddlers with spoons.

0 stars. Cheap products. Over priced

I hesitate to even give one star. So far, this holiday season has gone well until I ordered from this company. Don’t do it. I placed two separate orders and the original orders I placed on Nov 30 still has not arrived and will not be here by Christmas. I was planning to give them as a gift but now that the 2nd order came I will not give them as gifts because they are very cheap looking and I would be embarrassed — I definitely feel ripped off. The ornaments were expensive, shipping cost was ridiculous. I take part of the blame because I didn’t read the fine print. I will never recommend this company. Never. 0 stars. Only a matter of time that they will not be in business.

Nothing like the image advertised …

I didn’t read the description correctly hence disappointed with the actual received product but I suppose my error for not reading .
It’s states 1 dimensional but the image definitely leads you to believe that it’s much better than you actually get

Compared to the advert image the product is awful, the colours aren’t vibrant or crisp on the ornament , it must cost them pennys to produce and then their profit is huge .
It will teach me to read the description properly .

The ornament I ordered was snapped in…

The ornament I ordered was snapped in half when it arrived. I contacted them immediately, sent pictures as they desired - and have gone back and forth with them since Oct 21st and it is now Dec 15 and I still don't have a replacement. Everytime I send them the pictures, they say they don't get them. I have sent them 6 times. It was the cheapest, worst version of the ornament and not worth $26. I have kindly asked them just to refund me and they won't. The ornament looks NOTHING like the picture and is just a poor quality image on a piece of acrylic. Never trust or order from them.

Product is poor quality and not worth the price.

Product is poor quality. Not ceramic. Merely a piece of laminated cardboard and not worth the price. Delivery took far too long. I chose not to give this gift as intended. It would have been embarrassing. Don’t waste your money.

Update on bookswareregarding my…

So an update on booksware regarding my damaged plaques. After three weeks of back and forth of me sending pictures of the damage, them refusing to refund my money, telling me to use alcohol, now I find out they are NOT ACCREDITED BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! This company is a horror to deal with. I am going to have to absorb the 60 $ loss because I can’t take the stress of dealing with such incompetent people.

A real scam

A real scam. The picture looked like a 3 dimensional object, but it's a flat cheaply made piece of rubbish. I've given them 1 star, but there's no facility for zero!
