Not like pictures

It took 3 weeks to arrive, then the ornament was not at all what it looked like in the picture. Also the back is printed backwards. Very annoying.

I would give this a zero if I could

I would give this a zero if I could! The picture in the advertisement made this ornament appear 3-D. I received a flat acrylic ornament with dull coloring that has all the appearance of a dollar store purchase. Also, read the return policy! You can’t get your money back.

Disappointed in the product

Disappointed in the product, didn’t realise it would be flat as they look three dimensional in the advert. In the advert it looks as though it comes in a nice box, it doesn’t it comes in a cheap paper box, one of which was broken on delivery.
I will not use this company again

I was so very disappointed in this…

I was so very disappointed in this product. I thought it would be bright colors but it is so pale and the acrylic cover is just a big glare! I do not like it at all. If I could give a negative star I would. Total waste of money.

Not as advertised

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed in the ornaments I received. In the advertisement they were made to look as though they were three dimensional. The coloring and detail are great but they are flat acrylic and not as they are advertised.

Poor quality and tacky

Poor quality and tacky. Plastic with a sticker poorly attached. Contacted the company for a refund but they refused. They offered me a 15% discount on a future purchase but this is standard practice and not classed as an apology. I wanted a refund for goods received not as expected

Christmas ornaments

The website was easy to navigate & the process to order was easy as well. Maybe I didn't read the description as well as I should have because I was a little disappointed the ornaments weren't 3 dimensional as they appear on the website. They're still cute just not what I was expecting. I also thought I ordered the boxes to store them in but did not receive so I must not have ordered them.

Please refer to my previous correspondence. I do not know why you want me to send a picture of the item I received. It is at the top of this email. I asked if I could exchange this for a statue that you offered of the same item but I did not even receive a yes or no. At this time I would not purchase from your company. A big disappointment

My item came broken

My item came broken. You requested a photo of it so I have tried multiple times to forward a photo to you but you say you haven’t received it . I don’t know what else to do.
