Re-soled a pair of old Redwing boots that were heading for the bin. Great service and very quick turn around time. Really pleased with the end result. Now I know this is an option I’ll be breathing new life into my old boots in future.

I can't praise the service and workmanship of The Boot Repair Company enough, booked online to have Dr Martens re-soled, they were picked up on a Wednesday and delivered back the following Thursday morning and look amazing. Fantastic service from start to finish. I am so glad we found this company.

Great communication setting up my repair and they answered everyone of my million questions so I had complete peace of mind.

When the boots were done, they were exactly as discussed and im super happy with them.

Around 25 years ago I bought a pair of timberland boots but never really got on with them and they ended up in the bottom of my wardrobe. A few weeks ago I found them and tried them on only to find they were much more comfortable but the gunk used to stick the soles to the uppers had perished and they were coming apart. I almost decided to bin them but after finding that the Boot Repair Company fixed Timberlands I decided to send them off for a repair, since they did a great job with my DMs,with a welt, leather mid sole and new vibram sole. Just over a week later they are back and better than ever. They fit beautifully and are comfortable to wear. I can’t rate them highly enough and would happily recommend their services

I've always been sceptical to spend the money on repairing boots when you can get a second hand pair for cheaper than repair costs....but I thought I would give it a go as my Dubarry boots were in pretty good shape other than the soles completely coming away. I am so pleased I went with The Boot Repair Company. I have just got my boots back and they look great! The new soles look far better quality than the originals and my boots look almost new...very impressed and would 100% do it again and recommend the service. Yes, for someone like me...the repair cost is very expensive...but well worth the price for an expensive pair of boots...it really is. The whole process took just over 4 weeks, but was simple and I was kept up to date with the progress and...because I'm a bit of a skinflint, I was really pleased that the boots were returned in a large cardboard box that can be kept as a boot storage box! Thank you. A very happy customer.

Their customer services were very quick to respond and proactive. The repair took less time than originally envisaged and when the boots came back they looked far better than I thought that they would be able to achieve. When I opened the box with the repaired boots I also found some new colour co-ordinated laces and a care kit, which is above and beyond customer service unfortunately not often encountered nowadays. Thank you!

Great communication, very speedy service and most importantly; excellent results! I sent The Boot Repair Company a pair of Red Wing boots to resole and they received them on the Tuesday and had them back to me by Thursday morning, good as new. Very pleased with the results.

The process was very easy and the boots were returned much quicker than I was expecting. In fact, the repair was so good that the boots now look like new.

Boots sent off and returned with Vibram sole on them. good service. Remember to send boots without any attachments as these may get lost.

Boots returned within a week excellent job. very quick turnaround. Worth the money.

Old friends (my boots) with renewed life.

Tom & his team did a fab job on my British-made Doc Marten brogue-style ox-red shoes, which I wear for work and whose soles were worn through. They have done a wonderful repair, breathing fresh life into much-loved, much-admired footwear.

The turnaround time was about 3.5 weeks between downloading a pre-paid postage slip, and return of the shoes by UBS.

TBH I was quite nervous about sending my beloved DMs to the other end of the country to be resolved.

I wasn't disappointed. They came back with new soles and clean!

Firstly, comms via IG were excellent. The person handling the comms was pretty quick in replying etc

Sent outs in after long discussions about requirements and they eventually came back... with a beige sole, not the black they went it with...

Comms were apologetic and a return was arranged.

Several weeks passed despite me being told it would be around 10 days

Boots finally back and are ok. Scuffed from handling but ok. I'd expect a quick wipe over with conditioner to send them back looking like they were when they went in, but no big deal

Timpsons would have been the same price, quicker, and I'd have felt more inclined to make a fuss. As it is, I have simply accepted i can't recommend ...
Or use them again.

Zero gesture was offered for the inconvenience either.

My boots (10 years+ old) look better than they did when they were new. Process was easy to follow and completed much quicker than estimated. Would thoroughly recommend.

My much loved Dubarrys have been restored to their former glory. Re-soled & heeled - like new & a bargain “ to boot!”

Brilliant service. Beautiful repair of well loved boots that I was not ready to part with. These were an unbranded boot and they managed to find a suitable sole. Delighted and now I can enjoy my old friends for years to come!
