Paul from Sansoms Engineering
Really happy with the service from Paul from Sansoms Engineering, who came out to fix our Neff dishwasher.
Paul had to come out three times as parts had to be ordered, but he was so friendly, helpful and professional every time.On his first visit, I was running late getting home and Paul actually waited for me rather than just leaving, which I really appreciated.
He was very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly and was always polite and tidy. He went above and beyond to get the dishwasher sorted, and it’s now working perfectly.
Couldn’t fault Paul at all — a really nice guy and a credit to Sansoms Engineering and Bosch. Thanks again, Paul!

Bosch customer service, or the lack of it.…
I have a bosch double oven with a 2 year warranty plus a purchased extended warranty 5 years in all. After about 22 months the top oven bulb stopped working. I contacted bosch and they tell me I can buy a replacement from them. After a reasonable outlay they are too tight fisted to post out a replacement, that is very poor customer service.

Easy registration for warranty
Nearly everything i needed to register was on the website. Particularly liked that i could check where to find the product data on the appliance. An issue was I had to manually enter the products' details as photo file was too large. Customer service responded quickly to a few queries i had.
