They got dates wrong on my appointment and I lost 2 days pay for work as a result (one day for the “scheduled” repair appointment and another for the actual date of the repair) due to Bosch’s miscommunication

I was having difficulty finding a part…
I was having difficulty finding a part number for my cooker hood, all the usual internet checks were failing which was very frustrating. So I decided to use the more personal approach of finding a real person. I sent the picture I had taken of the details of my device by WhatApp and in less than an hour I had all the information I needed. Great! What is more there was a follow up message asking if anything else was needed. Very impressive customer service. Thank you

Customer service advisor was very helpful and eventually solved the problem. However it would be good if Bosch made the process of registering warranties a little less stressful for items not having serial numbers as it took nearly 2 hours and a lengthy WhatsApp exchange with said advisor to complete it.

When I called regarding our washing…
When I called regarding our washing machine issue, the assistant was helpful but her system was unable to provide a time for an engineer to visit. Was informed they’d call as soon as information was available. Within 24hrs had received follow up call that engineer would visit within few days. Good communication ahead of visit. Engineer was knowledgeable and explained the issue. Was clear about our options. When we decided to go for a new machine as the cost was similar to repair, a voucher towards purchase of new machine was offered. We gladly accepted and purchased new machine- voucher did not materialise. But definitely think the machines are worth it- hopefully this new machine will go another 8years with never a single issue
