The service engineer was equally friendly and helpful, and quickly resolved the issue with my 30yr old dishwasher.

Hugely Disappointed!
A lovely gentleman called Rodger came to our home to repair our three month old dishwasher. He has been with us twice in the last month. On the first occasion, he didn't charge us as we are still under warranty. Last week, on his second visit, he charged us Euros 103. Yesterday, the door of the dishwasher wouldn't close. We have paid out over Euros 1,100 and we have no working dishwasher. I have family visiting from France & the US in the next few weeks. I am extremely disappointed with the whole experience.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Very quick response, we had an engineer out the next day after making the phone call and he replaced the faulty electronics board in our washing machine. He had the issue fixed in approx 20mins.
Also the customer service girl on the phone was very nice and very helpful.
All in all it was a very pleasant and efficient service I got after making the call to Bosch.
All was covered under warranty so not charge was made. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Registration of my new appliance
As a landlord, I had a problem registering my new Bosh dishwasher online . I was getting really frustrated with everything. Then I messaged Bosh helpline, after couple of messages I found out that my stupid letting agency had given me the wrong number to register.But Bosh staff was fantastic and told me what the problem was and even registered my appliance for me. Really impressed with the service . I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you 👍
