Today is July 25,2024. I have sent a dozen emails inquiring to when will my purchase arrive, at first, I received the generic response. We have received your order, without any explanation to when I would get it. Now they do not respond at all. The 1-star rating is way too generous!
I purchased hearing aids from Bossa 12/4/2023 and returned them immediately unused per Bossa's instructions because they DID NOT fit. As of 7/22/2024, have only received excuses why my money HAS NOT been refunded in spite of WEEKLY emails for status. Buyer Beware!!!! It is apparent from the reviews and action so far that BOSSA has no intentions of refunding my money. Looking into pursuing legal action!!!

Ordered May 7, 2024 Order #210950 confirmed from Bossa Hearing same date. They said " We're getting order ready to shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent.
Ordered TX-5 Mini Hearing Aids (Full Pair) x 1 $89.00
No shipping charge and No Tax Total Order $89.00
Then on May 21, 2024 we let them know we hadn't received them yet and asked when are they arriving?
They then said they would offer me an Upgrade to TX-5 Mini Plus that they normally sell for $60.00.
I said: Sorry But no thank you to the upgrade. Please refund my $89.00. Thank you
They then sent back: Your request (190167) has been received & is being reviewed by our support staff.
Now we can't even get in contact with anyone any longer as of July 17, 2024.

Don’t do it. I never received them, contacted them for a refund and although they said I was approved for a refund it never happened. I do not recommend this company at all. They have completely stopped responding. They cannot be reached by phone or email. Not a legitimate business.
What a scam trash company. Took my money and never received the aids. Wish I had an attorney friend. This company is so very bad.

Returned my hearing aids on January 10. Have called customer service five times since. Each time, they promised a refund within days. Even sent an email stating they owe me $250. But no money as of July 16. Guarantees are obviously a con.

the company rep replies "they will be sent next week". 7 months and no hearing aids! Unacceptable ! My recent email is being ignored, and could not get through to the contact phone number.
I received my hearing aids in 7 days and was well pleased with them. I also received follow-up emails to see if I had any concerns with those. They have worked great for me I have had them over a year and until I lost my wax guards I have not had to respond to them. No issues and you can't be $89 for a set. I also like that I can turn them up with a push of a button instead of having to carry around a little screwdriver that would be easily lost I'm sure. I love them.

( My credit card was used on April 11)I have waited and waited no product, so I called and talked to a nice fellow and he said they would be shipped the next week!! They did not arrive, so I called again same story and still no aids, so I emailed Bossa, nice Email back saying they would be shipped the next week. No aids, so again I emailed , this time no response at all! I waited for the aid or some imfo about them, nothing,I have tried calling and the call wouldn't go through! I Emailed one more time and ask for a refund, still nothing!! Have I been scammed??? Too bad that

I was very excited to find the TX-10 hearing aids from Bossahearing.com. They were just what I was looking for, and they were on sale! Even better! So i placed my order in May, 2024, and waited, after 3 weeks, I emailed the company and got back a polite response saying they had been having a production problem. I emailed again and NO response. Then I asked for a refund. NO response. I'm done. I am going to find another pair of hearing aids on Amazon. They have never let me down. Maripat Ruscio
I ordered hearing aids from Bossa in early May 2024. Was assured of quick shipping. It's now July 1 2024. I have tried the support chat page with no or minimal response. I have tried email with a response saying my order was being processes, that was a month ago. I try calling only to get a busy signal. I think it's time for a class action lawsuit on this company. All they seem to be good at is ripping off people and telling lies.
