Hearing aids just hissed. When I called company to get help they just tried to upsell me.
I followed their steps to return them for refund. That was 3.5 months ago and I still have NOT received my refund. HORRIBLE customer service.

In early December 2023, I ordered the TX-mini hearing aids. Within a couple of weeks, I returned them (in perfect condition). I also ordered the PRO-Max hearing aids with which I have been pleased. Unfortunately, it has been over 4 months and I still have not received my refund. I have spoken to customer service and texted them several times and all I get is the runaround. They have a good product but there is no way I could recommend this company since their customer service is deplorable. Buyer beware!

Ordered hearing aids expedited shipping. Heard nothing for 2 weeks. Emailed, said OOS, will send upgraded ones at no additional cost. Waited 2 more weeks with emails in between. Fed up, said do something or I’d let social media know. Posted negative reviews 2x. Got message on site with tracking #. Still waiting to see if it’s taken care of. Will change rating if it ever is.

read their reviews. I ordered ProTon Max and waited and waited.. I have 16 emails and no refund. And then they send an email asking how I like my hearing aids. REALLY? If you are one of the seniors that are waiting for a refund like I am... I think we should all get together with a class action law suit. I'm 70 yrs old and can't afford to be ripped off. Oh watch they can also delete bad reviews
Update:: Just got an email.. Bossa... they want my email or order number ( since the link won't open from trustpilot ) I can't send review details they are asking for.. besides having over 16 emails don't you think they would have all the information they need. Oh and if they don't get the info in 3 days they will delete my review. Hmmm

I'm writing for my husband who has had his TX5mini+ for little more than a week now after my daughter in law suggested we order a pair of hearing aids online. ( We all knew that it was not going to be a good experience with the wearing due to my father in law and brother in law having paid boo koo bucks, top of the line hearing aids and complaining about them ) , I did research and found these were the best for the money and felt that if my husband didn't like, we weren't out a lot of money, But when they arrived, about 3 weeks, my husband actually read the instructions and off he went. He had them to pass his CDL test, with flying colors, has easily learned how to adjust volume, swapped out the different size cones for adjustment and is amazed with what he was missing to hear! Seems a shame the other low raters didn't have the patience to wait on delivery. My daughter in law has told her dad who has expensive hearing aids to order from Bossa as well as his expensive ones are in the repair shop. Good product, would certainly recommend !

They have a great product (TX-1 MINI). So far they are comfortable, & working great. Still turning them down, so as not to hear too much!!
I had great response from customer service! I think most of there negative responses are people getting Antsy about waiting for any response from the Co. My guess is that they are receiving a lot of orders causing delays in actually filling the orders. The fact that people recieve an almost immediate response that their order was received, & then don't recieve anything for weeks, they get concerned! Thy then post a negative review! This then makes others even more leery of getting their order!
My advice for purchaser's is to be patient!
My advice to the Co. Is to be more transparent when there are delays! No one wants to wait weeks not hearing anything on what is happening g with their order!

I returned an order untouched and undamaged to the company on 12/21/2023. As I’m texting today 04/02/3024, I still have not received my refund despite numerous texts asking for them for a follow up. They get back quickly but keep kicking the can down the road. We’ve now reached a dead end. I would not recommend this company mainly because their refund policy is non existent. Getting an attorney would be more costly than the amount of refund. I just don’t want anybody else to experience the same sorry service that I have.
It is very interesting to see the amount of one stars they've received. I’m sure I’m not the only one to get scammed.

Today, 4/04/24, I did receive a refund from Bossa Hearing in the full amount. I just hope they will listen to our grievances and change their ways and improve their company.

They are a scam. I ordered a pair 5 weeks ago as of today still haven’t received. When I ordered they actually charged my card 3 times I immediately contacted them and the charges were pending and was told I would only be charged once. LIE ALL 3 are still on my card!!! I want ALL MY MONEY BACK

I returned my order, new and unused, for a refund and it was tracked as delivered on 25th January 2024. Despite numerals emails and promises of a refund, they still haven’t refunded me. I think they have no intention of making the refund given we are now moving into April. Very poor customer service.

I have a pair of hearing aids provided by the Veterans Administration and I can adjust every feature from my cell phone. I would have given it a 5 if the hearing aids from Bosa had the same features.

I was late reading the BBB and Trust Pilot reviews and ordered but they had not shipped yet so tried to cancel... they messed around with my cancellation until they did ship it. Bought with expiring RHA funds so no return. When I got it I found that although its tech is digital ... its control is analog ... no app to control even volume much less ranges to match an audiogram... It has 4 levels on/off, noise cancel, loud and very loud. The nicest thing I can say was that it was comfortable and the TV was clear... but way too loud for my need.

The Bossa TX-5 Mini Plus is an excellent product! It
basically hides in your ears better than any other item I have seen! Plus, my hearing is much improved with these TX-5 Mini's. Bossa is also very helpful when called. They are a little slow on delivery but it's worth the wait!

I ordered the TX5 but after waiting 3 weeks for it to be shipped, I told Bossa to cancel my order. Instead they offered to send me the 2024 TX1at no additional cost which I accepted. It arrived about a week later. I don't like that to adjust the volume you need to use the tiny screwdriver that was supplied. It's inconvenient to use especially when I'm not at home. Also the manual says to turn the aids on after inserting in ears which is very hard to do since it's a very small switch. The feedback is a very high whistle and it took several attempts at adjusting volume and trying different ear plugs as they suggested. Finally after several days it stopped the feedback. I now wear them often and have to say they seem even better than my expensive aids. The background noise is less than my expensive aids and they fit comfortably in my ears.
