I got the wrong ring and exchanged it and received the wrong ring again. I contacted them three times to alert them they were sending me the wrong ring and heard nothing. Terrible customer service and unresponsive. By now exchanging it again will cost me half the price of the ring. Not worth it.

Poor customer service
Put an order in on 19th March. This order was supposedly on a 2 day tracked but was delivered on the 18th April. I contacted through various means with zero response. I went through my bank for a refund and magically this is when my order turned up.
Really disappointing. Have ordered from here before and think the concept is amazing. Just a bit gutted with the lack of comms. Even if they’d have emailed back with ‘sorry - we are out of stock’ I’d have been happy. I tried email, phone and Instagram and actually have still had no response.
I won’t be ordering from this company again.

Similar to other reviews left recently, I have not had a great experience.
I originally ordered the ring on the 4th April with an advertised 2-3 day delivery.
I chased on April 13th by email, no response. Chased again on the 15th April by email, no response.
Sent a message on Facebook 15th April, no response.
My order was finally shipped 17th April.
Still no response or apology.
I have ordered from Botthms a couple of times previously, but I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Zero star. Shame because I have previously ordered from botthms numerous times without issue. This previous order was placed 22nd March with a 1-3 day delivery , 3 weeks later , numerous emails to them, nothing. No reply , no item. Only when I contacted my credit card company did they send an auto generated order confirmation , I contacted them again, to cancel the order, nothing back yet again. I then received the item and to return it I now have to pay them £4 . Absolute joke. Will never use them again. Avoid. I ordered from ridge instead had a great experience

If I could give 0 stars I would, placed an order mid March due to the site advising a 2/3 day delivery. We are now 28 days on, I’ve tried emailing, messaging through the website and had no response at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I’ve now had to contact my bank to help me claim some sort of refund
