Awesome, freindly and convenient.
Really impressed with this service. Very affordable and user-friendly compared with the other "old school" options online. The others seem so last century (forcing you to enter your email for a "free quote" then spamming you with lots of junky reminders). Boxman are very fresh and clean in comparison.

We just moved to London, and didn't have enough space for everything. It is an easy way to get organized. They respond to questions fast. Timely delivery and pick-up of the boxes. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent!
Some of my friends encounter difficult situations using other storage service provider (It's Spaceway, avoid them!!!). However, I find Boxman to be overly excellent. They can come a bit late (30 minutes to an hour) but I normally don't find it a problem. It is very easy to book pick-up and delivery. I also love how their website helps me in listing all the items in the box so I did not get confused about which item is in which box. I even talked to the drivers and they said the company is great, the pay is quite good and they really enjoy working there.

Easy and efficient
I had to plan my move in quite a short space of time and Boxman made it so easy and pain free. I've done my fair share of moving in London and in the past have used a storage unit to store stuff between moves. However with Boxman it eliminated the need for me to think about hiring a van and researching the best/cheapest storage option. This has saved me money and a lot of hassle and stress. Plus I love the fact that they are doing their bit for the environment by using reusable boxes and optimising space. The delivery guys were very friendly and helpful, and the website makes it really easy to record and track what's in each box.

My boxes came with a timely 10min text msg warning.
Josh from Boxman found my building and offered to take my seven heavy boxes direct to my unit and was more than accomodating.
Honestly - the service itself along with the bonuses of the extra help just really blew me away and I'm so chuffed with your company. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! I'll definitely be using again!!!

Everything you'd expect from a storage company
Booking was easy, had a few questions which were quickly answered through online chat. Pricing is reasonable for my usage. Being able to track the arrival of the collection truck in real-time was a real bonus - no need to stand around waiting on the ground floor. Haven't arranged for return of my items yet so no comment on that. All in all a great experience so far.

Friendly and Flexible Experience
Boxman is very different to all other storage companies I have used in the past 4 years. I have experienced horribly expensive companies claiming they are "student friendly" but end up overcharging completely, and other companies that deliver your belongings more or less broken and beaten up. Boxman has been really helpful via their online chat where you can get immediate replies to any questions. They take care of everything - you just need to pack - and then they are quite cheap.
I like that the company is so flexible and focused on helping the customer. I will definitely recommend Boxman to anyone.
