Appalling service
Appalling service. I booked a taxi for 8 to Stansted, paid £162, confirmed 8 by text - and they sent a car for 7. I had no option but to book an additional taxi, at a cost of £81. On the day they said they would pay that, but since then they've offered to pay £25 (which i refused), then £35, (as a "gesture of goodwill"). They've admitted they sent the wrong car!
Completely incompetent company. Avoid, if you want reliability and honesty.

Great from start to finish!
Super easy to book, and when my flight landed early they were so helpful in getting the driver to collect me earlier than the booking so I didn’t have to wait for ages. The driver was very helpful and the ride was very smooth. No hesitations in booking again and in recommending this company!

on February 14th at 4:50am on the way…
on February 14th at 4:50am on the way to heathrow terminal five. our taxi driver hot two parked cars and my 7 year old got injured from the force of the seatbelt on her neck.
the driver fell asleep as it seems and the one of the two parked cars that were hit was written off. the visibly was perfect and the roads were dry.
the police attended the site.
i have in writing my message to BPC cars and they were not interested to investige or persue or even applogise.
on the return journey, Feb 18th. the driver who was meant to collect us from T5 was 50 mins late and after a no show we took a black cab. we paid in advance for both journeys and the company were not even interestd a refund or or appology . their main concern seems to be the money.
@BCP, dont pretend to care by replying to this message. You never replied to whatsap and call when we crashed and we had a no show driver on return investigate who the client was in taxi LJ16SVN white toyota and this will allow you to have my details and contact me via email instead of a pertend to care for the public to see.
